雙端面磨床是一種在現代工業(yè)中應用非常廣泛的高效加工設備,它是平面磨削加工機床的一個重要分支。雙端面磨床的優(yōu)點是磨削效率高、自動化程度高、不用吸盤夾持和加工精度高,在諸如汽車制造、軸承、工具、壓縮機制造等行業(yè)有廣泛的應用。
據有關文獻介紹,早在1894年美國的Gardner與Besly合伙制造了世界上第一臺端面磨床,1912年由Gardner公司制造出第一臺雙端面磨床。經過近百年的發(fā)展與演變,使雙端面磨床成為許多行業(yè)中關鍵的高效加工設備。
雙端面磨床的工件兩端面同時被連續(xù)磨削,加工時間與工件上下料等輔助時間重合,加工效率高,適合于大批量生產。磨削工件時,不必采用電磁吸盤夾持,這樣可以避免工件有剩磁。特別是在用吸盤進行薄型工件磨削時,由于工件易翹曲變形,必須進行反復數次磨削。雙端面磨床適合加工薄型工件。此外,還適合磨削非磁性材料與非金屬材料。雙端面磨床能連續(xù)磨削工件,可以在機床上配置自動測量、自動補償、自動上下料等機構。因此,雙端面磨床要比一般平面磨床自動化程度高,適宜在自動線上聯(lián)機生產,是一種有前途的具有生命力的機床。
研究內容
1熟練掌握MMW7660臥式雙端面磨床的工作原理與結構。
2熟悉掌握MMW7660臥式雙端面磨床進給運動過程中的結構設計與受力分析并對進給部分進行改進。
3將滑動導軌改進為滾動導軌,采用伺服電機并對絲桿螺母部分進行改進。
擬采取的研究方法、技術路線、實驗方案及可行性分析
總結本磨床的基本結構,工作方式與原理。然后根據考察的結果,再查閱相關書籍,確定基本的設計參數。交由指導老師檢查,修改。完成后,再對主要載荷部件進行校核。最后出主要零件的零件圖,編寫設計說明書。
研究方法:首先是根據砂輪架主軸的要求進行軸的設計,然后再選取軸承,設計皮帶和皮帶輪等等。

預期成果:
根據提供的主要構件參數而計算出的傳動構件的參數,尺寸及機體等是合理的,并且通過對本磨床四桿螺母和進給部分的改進,最終提高本磨床的精度,效率及自動化程度。
特色或創(chuàng)新之處
本磨床在布置上有對稱的兩個模頭,拖板進給機構,并采用定程系統(tǒng),進給補償和修正均采用機動,一般能自動卸料,實現全自動化,較方便,納入自動線成本較低。通過對四桿螺母和進給部分的改造,使該機床從精度,效率自動化程度來看是一種有前途的具有生命力的機床。

This paper presents an alternative centerless grinding machine technology, that is, through feed surface grinder centerless grinder.
