槳葉式攪拌機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)
摘要：為了提高加工效率，本課題設(shè)計(jì)了一種出料粒度為15～20mm的槳葉式攪拌機(jī)，根據(jù)要求設(shè)計(jì)了錘擊部分和反擊部分。 物料由進(jìn)料口進(jìn)入破碎腔，經(jīng)過(guò)錘頭的沖擊、剪切、劈碎、折斷，實(shí)現(xiàn)物料的中碎；錘擊的物料沖擊到安裝在破碎腔內(nèi)的反擊板上，又經(jīng)過(guò)物料與反擊板、物料與物料的互相沖擊,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)了物料的細(xì)碎。本機(jī)融合了錘式攪拌機(jī)、反擊式攪拌機(jī)與槳葉式攪拌機(jī)的優(yōu)點(diǎn),降低了生料和熟料的入磨粒度，較好地達(dá)到了設(shè)計(jì)要求。
