乘客電梯的PLC控制
摘要：國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的飛速發(fā)展, 現(xiàn)代化程度日益提高,高層建筑愈來(lái)愈多, 電梯也隨之增多, 電梯產(chǎn)品在人們物質(zhì)文化生活中的地位得到了提高,成為重要的運(yùn)輸設(shè)備之一。國(guó)內(nèi)傳統(tǒng)的電梯控制一是由繼電器、接觸器構(gòu)成。它不僅存在著可靠性差、成本高、故障率高等缺點(diǎn),而且在層數(shù)增加時(shí),配線變化給制造及安裝帶來(lái)諸多不變。若用PLC 控制就解決了以上的不足。
本設(shè)計(jì)就以PLC作為工具對(duì)升降電梯的各種操作進(jìn)行控制。先對(duì)四層電梯的硬件部分作分析，看需要什么樣的開(kāi)關(guān)，電機(jī)，信號(hào)燈等。然后，畫(huà)出它的控制面板圖，再根據(jù)控制面板圖估計(jì)一下I/O點(diǎn)數(shù)，這樣可以確定所選機(jī)型，然后在軟件設(shè)計(jì)，寫(xiě)出流程圖，梯形圖，寫(xiě)出語(yǔ)句。最后是進(jìn)行調(diào)試，看看此程序是否可行。
