蠶豆脫殼機(jī)是將蠶豆莢果去掉外殼而得到蠶豆仁的場上作業(yè)機(jī)械。由于蠶豆本身的生理特點(diǎn)決定了蠶豆脫殼不能與蠶豆的田間收獲一起進(jìn)行聯(lián)合作業(yè)，而只能在蠶豆莢果的含水率降到一定程度后才能進(jìn)行脫殼。隨著蠶豆種植業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展，蠶豆手工脫殼已無法滿足高效生產(chǎn)的要求，實(shí)行脫殼機(jī)械化迫在眉睫。
