前言
小型自分離磨漿機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)
【摘要】：本課程主要是設(shè)計(jì)通用小型自動(dòng)大豆磨漿機(jī)，國(guó)內(nèi)的用戶大多使用ML-125立式或MW-125臥式兩種磨漿機(jī)加工豆?jié){，磨漿機(jī)產(chǎn)品作為食用制漿機(jī)械，其接觸食品材料，如：料斗、撥料器、砂輪、出料口等均應(yīng)采用無(wú)毒材料。隨著同國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的接軌，國(guó)家衛(wèi)生安全標(biāo)準(zhǔn)也將逐步提高。目前所使用的鍍鋅板等材料必將被淘汰，替代材料的選用應(yīng)引起企業(yè)的高度重視。設(shè)計(jì)一種自動(dòng)性能的磨機(jī)有著巨大的社會(huì)和經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，以及如何進(jìn)一步改善其性能和擴(kuò)大其應(yīng)用范圍，使小型大豆自分渣磨漿機(jī)能得到更好的發(fā)展，能更好為生產(chǎn)和生活服務(wù)。在產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu)以及關(guān)鍵部件設(shè)計(jì)開(kāi)發(fā)上，各企業(yè)需進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)技術(shù)理論研究和技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)工作，目前磨漿機(jī)產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)與制造，大多企業(yè)存在相互仿制情況，缺乏對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)一步研究和開(kāi)發(fā)。因此，設(shè)計(jì)一種新型高性能的磨漿機(jī)迫在眉睫。
