摘要
塔式起重機(jī)是為了滿足高層建筑施工、設(shè)備安裝而設(shè)計(jì)的新型起重運(yùn)輸機(jī)械，本次設(shè)計(jì)的塔式起重機(jī)為水平臂架，小車變幅，上回轉(zhuǎn)自升式多用途塔機(jī)。該機(jī)能夠隨建筑高度的升高而加升，具有占地面積小和拆裝方便等優(yōu)點(diǎn)，塔機(jī)上部能借助于液壓頂升機(jī)構(gòu)，根據(jù)施工的建筑物的增高而相應(yīng)地升高，使司機(jī)操作方便，視野寬并始終保持高清晰。
本設(shè)計(jì)的題目是QTZ40塔式起重機(jī)—變幅系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)，主要設(shè)計(jì)理念是通過參照同類塔式起重機(jī)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。此次設(shè)計(jì)的QTZ40塔式起重機(jī)形式為上回轉(zhuǎn)液壓頂升自動(dòng)加節(jié)，固定式高度為30米，在附著狀態(tài)下可達(dá)到100米，其工作幅度為40米。本機(jī)性能先進(jìn)，結(jié)構(gòu)合理，操作使用安全可靠．其主要特點(diǎn)是起重高度大，工作幅度寬。
本設(shè)計(jì)書主要包括三部分：第一部分是QTZ40塔式起重機(jī)總體方案的選擇及總體設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算過程；第二部分是變幅機(jī)構(gòu)的設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算：包括變幅機(jī)構(gòu)的形式、確定卷筒尺寸、選擇電動(dòng)機(jī)、減速器、制動(dòng)器、聯(lián)軸器；驗(yàn)算實(shí)際變幅速度 驗(yàn)算起、制動(dòng)時(shí)間；電動(dòng)機(jī)發(fā)熱驗(yàn)算；卷筒強(qiáng)度的計(jì)算；第三部分是變幅小車的設(shè)計(jì)：包括變幅小車的形式、變幅小車的強(qiáng)度計(jì)算。

The design of the topic was QTZ40 tower crane-minus its finite luffing system design. My design concept is refered to similar crane under design QTZ40 crane. There are many forms, the design form for the promotion and hydraulic automatic increase in fixed for 30 meters in height, which can achieve 100, the rate is 40 meters. The crane have good performance, logical structure and operation of using safe ． Its main characteristics are lifting a great job in the wide ．
This design mainly includes three parts: the first is the QTZ40 tower crane overall scheme selection and overall design calculation process;
