摘 要
隨著汽車工業(yè)的蓬勃發(fā)展,對汽車及其零部件的安全可靠性要求也就不斷發(fā)展提高,作為汽車發(fā)動機的心臟部件油泵,一旦出現(xiàn)故障,輕則造成汽車拋錨,重則造成車毀人亡,給人類的生命財產(chǎn)帶來嚴(yán)重的危害。而齒輪油泵軸的斷裂又是油泵最容易失效的方式之一。近幾年來,隨著油泵凸端噴射壓力不斷提高,軸斷裂現(xiàn)象更為頻繁發(fā)生,不僅給油泵生產(chǎn)廠商帶來巨大的經(jīng)濟損失,還嚴(yán)重地損害了油泵生產(chǎn)廠商的社會信譽。因此盡快找出軸斷裂的原因并提出相應(yīng)的改進措施迫在眉睫,具有重要的經(jīng)濟效益及社會效應(yīng)。本課題就是分析研究齒輪油泵軸斷裂失效的原因并提出了對策。

Abstract
With the vigorous development of the automobile industry, the security and reliability requirements for motor vehicles and parts will continue development to improve the event of a failure, as the heart of the automotive engine parts oil pump, ranging from causing the car broke down, while causing a fatal car crashbring serious harm to human life and property. Gear oil pump shaft fracture is one of the oil pump most likely to fail. In recent years, with the end of the injection pressure of the oil pump convex and continuously improve, shaft breakage more frequently, not only bring huge economic losses to the oil pump manufacturers, also severely damaged the social reputation of the oil pump manufacturers. Therefore, as soon as possible to identify the reasons for shaft fracture and put forward the corresponding measures for improvement is imminent, with important economic and social effects. This topic is of Fracture Failure Analysis of gear oil pump shaft and proposed countermeasures.
