摘 要
從20世紀中葉數控技術出現以來，數控機床給機械制造業(yè)帶來了革命性的變化，而臥式銑床則是其中一種重要的設備。臥式銑床操作方便，性能可靠?？捎酶鞣N圓柱銑刀、圓片銑刀、角度銑刀、成型銑刀和端面銑刀加工各種平面、斜面、溝槽等。如果使用適當銑床附件，可加工齒輪、凸輪、弧形槽及螺旋面等特殊形狀的零件，配置萬能銑頭、圓工作臺、分度頭等銑床附件，可進一步擴大機床使用范圍。
本設計的重點是運用機械原理和機械制造裝備設計方法設計雙端面臥式銑床。本次設計，是在了解臥式銑床在國內外現狀的基礎上，進而掌握臥式銑床內部結構和工作原理，主傳動系統進行結構設計。為工業(yè)上臥式銑床的設計提供理論參考、設計參考和數據參考，為工業(yè)設計者提供設計理論和設計實踐的參考。該設備具有剛性好，主軸電機功率高，變速范圍廣，位置精度高、運行平穩(wěn)的特點，并配備有完善的潤滑系統。

Abstract
From the CNC technology since the emergence of the middle of the 20th century, the CNC machine tools to machinery manufacturing industry has brought revolutionary change, horizontal milling machine is one of the important equipment.
