一,選題的目的和意義:
帶式礦用輸送機(jī)是煤礦最理想的高效連續(xù)運(yùn)輸設(shè)備,與其他運(yùn)輸設(shè)備(如機(jī)車(chē)類(lèi))相比,具有輸送距離長(zhǎng)、運(yùn)量大、連續(xù)輸送等優(yōu)點(diǎn),而且運(yùn)行可靠,易于實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)化和集中化控制,尤其對(duì)高產(chǎn)高效礦井,帶式輸送機(jī)已成為煤炭開(kāi)采機(jī)電一體化技術(shù)與裝備的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備。
作為整個(gè)生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)中的重要設(shè)備之一,其具有明顯的技術(shù)優(yōu)勢(shì):首先是它運(yùn)行可靠,其次帶式輸送機(jī)動(dòng)力消耗低,最后還可以根據(jù)工藝流程的要求,帶式輸送機(jī)能非常靈活地從一點(diǎn)或多點(diǎn)受料.也可以向多點(diǎn)或幾個(gè)區(qū)段卸料。當(dāng)同時(shí)在幾個(gè)點(diǎn)向輸送帶上加料(如選煤廠煤倉(cāng)下的輸送機(jī))或沿帶式輸送機(jī)長(zhǎng)度方向上的任一點(diǎn)通過(guò)均勻給料設(shè)備向輸送帶給料時(shí),帶式輸送機(jī)就成為一條主要輸送干線。帶式輸送機(jī)可以在貯煤場(chǎng)料堆下面的巷道里取料,需要時(shí),還能把各堆不同的物料進(jìn)行混合。物料可簡(jiǎn)單地從輸送機(jī)頭部卸出,也可通過(guò)犁式卸料器或移動(dòng)卸料車(chē)在輸送帶長(zhǎng)度方向的任一點(diǎn)卸料。
大四的第一個(gè)學(xué)期,我首次接受了有關(guān)煤礦機(jī)械的專(zhuān)業(yè)課程,在了解到帶式輸送機(jī)的重要作用時(shí),通過(guò)半個(gè)學(xué)期對(duì)帶式輸送機(jī)的認(rèn)真學(xué)習(xí),對(duì)帶式輸送機(jī)的分類(lèi)、基本結(jié)構(gòu)和用途有了一定了解。
這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)給我一個(gè)獨(dú)立解決問(wèn)題的很好機(jī)會(huì),也為進(jìn)入工廠工作起了過(guò)渡作用。我選擇帶式輸送機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)作為這次重要設(shè)計(jì)的題目,也是出于自己的興趣和鞏固自己學(xué)習(xí)過(guò)的知識(shí),并能有所提高
二、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀簡(jiǎn)述:
八十年代末以來(lái),我國(guó)的煤礦用帶式輸送機(jī)也有了很大的發(fā)展,對(duì)其關(guān)鍵研究和新產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)都取得了可喜的成果。輸送機(jī)產(chǎn)品系列不斷增多,從定型的SDJ、SSJ、STJ、DT等系列發(fā)展到多功能。適應(yīng)特種用途的各種帶式輸送機(jī)系列,如國(guó)家“七五”攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目——大傾角帶式輸送機(jī)成套設(shè)備、“九五”攻關(guān)項(xiàng)目——高產(chǎn)高效工作面順槽可伸縮帶式輸送機(jī)等填補(bǔ)了國(guó)內(nèi)空白,開(kāi)發(fā)了大傾角、長(zhǎng)距離輸送原煤的新型帶式輸送機(jī)系列產(chǎn)品,并對(duì)帶式輸送機(jī)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)及其主要元部件進(jìn)行了理論研究和產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā),應(yīng)用動(dòng)態(tài)分析技術(shù)和中間驅(qū)動(dòng)與智能化控制等技術(shù),研制成功了多種軟件啟動(dòng)和制動(dòng)裝置以及以PLC為核心的可編程電控裝置。但與國(guó)外相比,其機(jī)型一般都偏小,特別是帶速通常均不超過(guò)4m/s,對(duì)高帶速輸送機(jī)及其動(dòng)態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算機(jī)監(jiān)控等關(guān)鍵技術(shù)問(wèn)題缺乏實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn),由于帶速普遍較低,許多設(shè)計(jì)單位仍沿用以往的靜態(tài)設(shè)計(jì)法,用加大輸送帶安全系數(shù)的方法來(lái)提高設(shè)計(jì)的可靠性,其結(jié)果不僅增大了設(shè)計(jì)成本,而且降低了設(shè)備運(yùn)行的可靠性。此外,我國(guó)輸送機(jī)制造企業(yè)追求小而全模式,未能像國(guó)外一樣形成大模式的元部件專(zhuān)業(yè)生產(chǎn)廠或加工中心,致使元部件設(shè)計(jì)與制造水平得不到有效地提高
