摘 要
本設(shè)計(jì)題目為中焊片沖孔落料彎曲模設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)對(duì)該零件模具的設(shè)計(jì)，進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了設(shè)計(jì)者沖孔落料彎曲模設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，為設(shè)計(jì)更復(fù)雜的沖壓模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
本設(shè)計(jì)運(yùn)用沖壓成型工藝及模具設(shè)計(jì)的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)，介紹了模具設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)要注意的要點(diǎn)，并較多的考慮了模具結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整性、易更換性及模具成本。從控制制件尺寸精度出發(fā)，對(duì)外殼沖孔切邊模的各主要尺寸進(jìn)行了理論計(jì)算，以確定各工作零件的尺寸，從模具設(shè)計(jì)到零部件的加工工藝以及裝配工藝等進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的闡述，并應(yīng)用CAD進(jìn)行各重要零件的設(shè)計(jì)。
