Setwell電話機(jī)機(jī)座下殼模具設(shè)計(jì)與制造
摘要：隨著近代工業(yè)的發(fā)展，塑料的應(yīng)用日趨廣泛，從而使之相適應(yīng)的塑料制造業(yè)蓬勃興起。模具已是工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的主要工藝裝備，模具工業(yè)已逐漸成為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)工業(yè)。根據(jù)日常生活的需要，本次設(shè)計(jì)的課題是Setwell電話機(jī)機(jī)座下殼模具設(shè)計(jì)與制造。
首先介紹了我國(guó)塑料模具的現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展趨勢(shì)及我國(guó)塑料模具發(fā)展的新技術(shù)，其次圍繞電話機(jī)機(jī)座下殼模具進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)，其主要內(nèi)容包括 ：針對(duì)制品的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)，確定模具的型腔數(shù)目、分型面以及脫模機(jī)構(gòu)。選擇合理的澆注系統(tǒng)和冷卻系統(tǒng)。分析并設(shè)計(jì)注塑工藝，制定合理的注塑工藝流程，正確選用注塑設(shè)備。然后查閱模具設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)，選擇模架，確定模架的結(jié)構(gòu)尺寸，完成模具的總體設(shè)計(jì)。同時(shí)充分利用計(jì)算機(jī)繪圖軟件對(duì)零件進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì), 形成了整套注塑模具CAD圖。利用Pro/E對(duì)零件進(jìn)行三維造型, 并實(shí)現(xiàn)零件的三維裝配。最后講述了塑料模具的制造:模具的生產(chǎn)過(guò)程、模具的主要加工方法及模具的機(jī)械加工，并且對(duì)典型零件加工工藝進(jìn)行了分析并制作了注射成型工藝。通過(guò)本次設(shè)計(jì)，對(duì)模具整個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程有了較好的了解。

The Mold design and Manufacture of Under Shell of the Seat in Setwell Telephone
Abstract: With the development of modern industry , the application of plastic is widespread day by day . which causes the plastic manufacturing industry adapts to emerged vigorously accordingly. Mold has been a kind of main technological equipments. Die industry has become foundation industry of national economy.Based on the requirements of daily life,the topic of this design is the design and manufacture of the Setwell telephone under the seat shell mold.
First ,the article introduced the present situation of plastic mold ,the trend and new technology of the development in our country .Second, it carry on the design Telephone under the seat shell mold.Its primary coverage includes: According to the construct features of the product, numbers of mold cavities and the parting surface and the demoulding machine are determined. Reasonable pouring channel and cooling systems are selected. And then injection technology is analyzed and technology process is made reasonably and the injection equipment is selected correctly. A mold carrier is selected by looking up mold handbook and the die carrier construct size is determined. At last, the global design of the mold. And drawing software is used to design parts, and a series of CAD drawings are completed. Then 3D drawing of parts are designed by Pro/E and 3D assembly of parts are carried out.Finally the article narrated the manufacture of plastic mold:the production process,the main processing method and has carried on the analysis to the typical components processing craft and the mold Machining and the production of injection molding process . Through the project of the mold, the overall process of the design has been clearly and directly known.
