前言
光陰似梭,大學三年的學習一晃而過,為具體的檢驗這三年來的學習效果,綜合檢測理論在實際應用中的能力,除了平時的考試、實驗測試外,更重要的是理論聯(lián)系實際,讓我們走向社會之前完成一次綜合性設計。即本次設計的課題是骨架(SMBS-04)的注射模設計,是對以前所學課程的一個總結。
本次畢業(yè)設計課題來源于生活,應用廣泛,但成型難度大,模具結構較為復雜,對模具工作人員是一個很好的考驗。它能加強對塑料模具成型原理的理解,同時鍛煉對塑料成型模具的設計和制造能力。
在此次設計中,主要用到所學的注射模設計,以及機械設計等方面的知識。著重說明了一副注射模的一般流程,即注射成型的分析、注射機的選擇及相關參數(shù)的校核、模具的結構設計、注射模具設計的有關計算、模具總體尺寸的確定與結構草圖的繪制、模具結構總裝圖和零件工作圖的繪制、全面審核投產制造等。其中模具結構的設計既是重點又是難點,主要包括成型位置的及分型面的選擇,模具型腔數(shù)的確定及型腔的排列和流道布局和澆口位置的選擇,模具工作零件的結構設計,推出機構的設計,拉料桿的形式選擇,排氣方式設計等。通過本次畢業(yè)設計,使我更加了解模具設計的含義,以及懂得如何查閱相關資料和怎樣解決在實際工作中遇到的實際問題,這為我以后從事模具職業(yè)打下了良好的基礎。
