摘 要
本課題題目為：“基于Pro/E的蒸汽電熨斗的建模設(shè)計(jì)” 。主要是運(yùn)用Pro/E的建模設(shè)計(jì)，根據(jù)蒸汽電熨斗設(shè)計(jì)的基本要求及熨斗標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，設(shè)計(jì)出一款功能多、操作簡單、使用方便的蒸汽電熨斗。
設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容主要包括蒸汽電熨斗整體造型的設(shè)計(jì)，材料的選用，尺寸的確定，色彩的渲染以及對蒸汽電熨斗部分零件的模具進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。模具設(shè)計(jì)主要包括動(dòng)模、定模、澆注系統(tǒng)、模架的設(shè)計(jì)等一系列工作。
采用Pro/E對蒸汽電熨斗進(jìn)行造型設(shè)計(jì)和對蒸汽電熨斗部分零件的模具設(shè)計(jì)，并由Pro/E軟件自動(dòng)生成二維的工程圖，如總裝配圖、零件圖以及模具圖等。

Abstract
The topic of the task is: “the modeling design of steam electric iron on the base of Pro/E”. It is mainly use Pro/E to model, according to the basic request and the iron standard , designs a steam electric iron with various function、 simple operation and convenient use.
The design content mainly include the design of steam electric iron’s whole model, materials’ selection , size’s determination , applying colors and moulds’ designs of partial components within steam electric iron. Mould design mainly includes a series of work ,like the design of moving mould、fixed mould、pouring system 、mould frame and so on.
Adopt Pro/E to the shape-designing and mould design of some parts of steam electric iron steam electric iron, and automatically generates the two-dimensional engineering drawings by Pro/E software, like assembly drawing, detail drawing and mould chart as well.
