摘要
一個(gè)國家工業(yè)水平的高低，在很大程度上取決于模具工業(yè)發(fā)展的水平。模具工業(yè)的發(fā)展水平，是一個(gè)國家工業(yè)水平的重要標(biāo)志之一。注塑模具是指用于成型塑料制件的模具。設(shè)計(jì)塑料模時(shí)，確定了模具結(jié)構(gòu)之後即可對模具的各部分進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)，即確定各模板和零件的尺寸，型腔和型芯尺寸等。這時(shí)將涉及有關(guān)材料收縮率等主要的設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)。因而只有具體地掌握成形塑料的收縮率才能確定型腔各部分的尺寸。即使所選模具結(jié)構(gòu)正確，但所用參數(shù)不當(dāng)，就不可能生產(chǎn)出品質(zhì)合格的塑件。本文介紹了童心吸水水杯杯蓋的注塑模設(shè)計(jì)。首先對塑件制品進(jìn)行工藝分析與研究。其次，進(jìn)行分型面的選擇，澆口的設(shè)計(jì)，決定模具采用三板式結(jié)構(gòu)，水路冷卻，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，耐用，便于加工部件，生產(chǎn)效率高。利用推板對制品進(jìn)行強(qiáng)制脫模。對模具的各個(gè)零件進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算以及強(qiáng)度的校核。最后對模具材料的選擇、使用與保養(yǎng)作了幾點(diǎn)說明。

Abstract
A nation’s industrial level is largely decided by the developmental level of molding tool industry. Therefore, the level of molding tool industry is one of the important signs of its industrial level. Injecting plastic mold is a kind of molding tool that is used in modeled plastic pieces. This article deals with the injecting plastic mold design of Tongxin absorbing watercup’s cover. Firstly, carry out craft analysis and research on plastic products. Secondly, choose the dividing facet, design the sprinkling mouth, decide to employ the three-plank style and waterway cooling off. These structures are simple enough but enduring and easy to process the parts with high efficiency. Besides, use pushing plank to take off the mold compulsorily, design and calculate different parts of the molding tool and check its strength. Finally, make some illustration on the choice, use and maintain of the material of the molding tool.
