摘要：本設(shè)計(jì)的對(duì)象是一個(gè)洗滌劑瓶彈簧固定管的塑料注射模具。設(shè)計(jì)中塑料制品的結(jié)構(gòu)有外螺紋、加強(qiáng)筋等，本身為薄壁長圓筒塑料件。根據(jù)其塑料件的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)以及聚丙烯塑料的性能，設(shè)計(jì)中外螺紋處應(yīng)用了哈呋結(jié)構(gòu)。兩邊大中間小的特征使得型芯須用雙型芯在塑件中小尺寸位置的配合。脫模機(jī)構(gòu)中由于制件外形呈階梯狀，不能用一級(jí)頂出機(jī)構(gòu)完全脫模。用二級(jí)頂出機(jī)構(gòu)時(shí)塑料件在第二次頂出后塑件的螺紋段后會(huì)被卡在型腔中，所以二級(jí)頂出也不是一個(gè)好的方案。用哈呋結(jié)構(gòu)加上推板的脫模裝置可以解決以上問題，能讓塑件完全自動(dòng)脫模，為一個(gè)可行性較好的方案。此設(shè)計(jì)就是根據(jù)這個(gè)方案及聚丙烯的性質(zhì)設(shè)計(jì)模具的各部分結(jié)構(gòu)。

Abstract: The object of this design is an injection mould which is used in molding the pipe fixed spring of scour bottle. The design of the construction of plastic product contains screw outside , ribs...etc .It oneself is lengthways for the thin wall the piece of cylinder too long .According to the construction characteristics of the plastic product and the performance of the Polypropylene ,in the design of screw outside applied the huff construction .The bigger in the center and small characteristic in both sides makes must be use the double core construction in injection mould to fit of the baby size site .Because of The pattern draw mrvhsnidm inside represent the stairs form , the incapability uses a the order vertex or a Second class of vertex can’t let the plastic product broken off itself. Complete pattern draw in mrvhsnidm .Out the mrvhsnidm hour plastic product with the second class vertex in second a vertex post - the thread a future reunion of the plastic product stick in the mold cavity, so the second class of vertex is not also a good project .Add to push with the huff construction and mandrill can pattern draw apparatus to resolve the above problem . It can let over and full-automatic pattern draw in plastic product, for good project in a feasibility.This design be according to each parts of constructions of the property design molding tool between this project and polypropylene .So it’s a reasonable select and a feasibility is strongly project.
