電主軸的機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)
摘要 本文主要介紹了電主軸的工作原理、軸的設(shè)計(jì)、軸承技術(shù)以及關(guān)鍵技術(shù)等。電主軸就是直接將空心的電動(dòng)機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)子裝在主軸上,定子通過(guò)冷卻套固定在主軸箱體孔內(nèi),形成一個(gè)完整的主軸單元,通電后轉(zhuǎn)子直接帶動(dòng)主軸運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。它主要應(yīng)用在復(fù)合加工機(jī)床、多軸聯(lián)動(dòng)、多面體加工機(jī)床和并聯(lián)機(jī)床中。本設(shè)計(jì)通過(guò)利用網(wǎng)絡(luò)工具、圖書(shū)館的書(shū)籍和各類(lèi)期刊、雜志查閱了電主軸的相關(guān)知識(shí),確定本設(shè)計(jì)符合要求,滿(mǎn)足需要。設(shè)計(jì)方法有:查閱資料產(chǎn)生電主軸機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)的基本思路,確定合理的電主軸結(jié)構(gòu);重點(diǎn)對(duì)電主軸的軸進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì),對(duì)軸承進(jìn)行了分析選配,確定了電主軸軸承的選配原則;且充分利用相關(guān)知識(shí)按要求對(duì)本課題進(jìn)行具體設(shè)計(jì)。
本設(shè)計(jì)采用的方法是理論設(shè)計(jì)與經(jīng)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)相結(jié)合的方案,所運(yùn)用的資料來(lái)源廣泛,內(nèi)容充足。實(shí)現(xiàn)本方案的可行性高。實(shí)踐表明,所設(shè)計(jì)的MS24015銑床主軸滿(mǎn)足使用要求。

The mechanic designs of electric spindles
Abstract The designs and working principle of electric spindles 、bearing technical as well as crucial technology and so on was introduced in this paper . Electrical spindles is being made by a direct motor rotor of be hollow pack in main shaft on and stator knows super-cooling but cover fixes, which form a complete unit of main shaft in the casing hole of main shaft, and then the electricity rotor directly drive the operation of main shaft. Its main application is being compound process machine tool and much axle to unite to move, polyhedron processing machine tool and the machine tool of parallel connection in. This design cut the related knowledge of central fuselage according with requirement through using network tool and magazines , each kind of periodical and the books in the library and then determining the design, which satisfies the needs. The design method is as follows: First, look up information to produce the basic thought of the electrical mechanical design of main shaft, determine the reasonable electrical structure of main shaft. Then, the key axle for electrical main shaft is designed, and analyze and choose the match for bearing, the electrical bearing of main shaft choose to match principle have determined; Use related knowledge finally fully press requirement for this program carry out specific design.
The method of designing adopted the scheme theoretical design and experience design, and the data sources utilized was adequate content extensively. Feasibility of realize the scheme is high. Practice shows that the MS24015 main shaft of milling machine design satisfies the request.
