摘 要
機(jī)械、汽車(chē)、電機(jī)等行業(yè)大量使用軸類(lèi)、桿類(lèi)零件，這些零件的原材料在粗加工或熱處理等過(guò)程中不可避免的會(huì)出現(xiàn)彎曲變形，如果不進(jìn)行校直處理會(huì)直接影響工件的后序加工和使用，甚至可能出現(xiàn)相當(dāng)數(shù)量的廢品。所以為了能獲得下道工序所允許的最小切削量或通過(guò)精密校直保證工件達(dá)到嚴(yán)格的最終設(shè)計(jì)公差要求，校直機(jī)成了工件熱處理后不可缺少的關(guān)鍵設(shè)備。本人設(shè)計(jì)的是JZ-I型校直機(jī)，該校直機(jī)可用于校直單體支柱的油缸與活柱坯料熱處理造成的變形，亦可用來(lái)校直類(lèi)似的桿類(lèi)管類(lèi)零件。另備胎具也可用于鋼板調(diào)平、壓彎、壓裝等工作。并且本機(jī)可專(zhuān)用于單體液壓支柱活柱和油缸的一般變形校直。該機(jī)具有拆裝使用方便，靈活。

Myself design am JZ-I alignment machine, this alignment machine available the distortion which creates in the alignment monomer prop cylinder and the plunger semifinished materials heat treatment, also available comes the alignment similar pole class tubular goods components. Prepares in addition molds available also in the steel plate leveling, bends, the pressure installs and so on the work. And the this aircraft may use in the monomer hydraulic pressure prop plunger and the cylinder general distortion specially alignment. This machines and tools have the disassembling easy to operate, nimble.
