摘 要
底盤(pán)的總體設(shè)計(jì)是在參考其他相似車(chē)型和相關(guān)規(guī)定的基礎(chǔ)上,確定YC1040載貨汽車(chē)的結(jié)構(gòu)型式,包含汽車(chē)軸數(shù)的選擇,驅(qū)動(dòng)形式分析,布置形式的分析;主要尺寸和參數(shù)的選擇,有外廓尺寸、軸距、輪距、前懸、后懸、貨車(chē)的車(chē)頭長(zhǎng)度、車(chē)廂長(zhǎng)度等;汽車(chē)質(zhì)量參數(shù)的確定,包括整車(chē)整備質(zhì)量、裝載質(zhì)量、質(zhì)量系數(shù)、汽車(chē)總質(zhì)量、軸荷分配等;發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)選擇依照需要的功率和相關(guān)國(guó)家排放標(biāo)準(zhǔn)選用了YD480。
制動(dòng)器設(shè)計(jì)的主要工作有:制動(dòng)器的結(jié)構(gòu)方案分析,對(duì)比各種形式結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)后,選用了領(lǐng)從蹄式的方案;制動(dòng)器主要參數(shù)的確定,先參考相關(guān)專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)確定制動(dòng)鼓內(nèi)徑,然后根據(jù)制動(dòng)鼓內(nèi)徑就可以定下摩擦襯片寬度和包角、摩擦襯片起始角、制動(dòng)器中心到張開(kāi)力F作用線的距離、制動(dòng)蹄支承點(diǎn)位置坐標(biāo)。最后還需要關(guān)于制動(dòng)器的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算。
YC1040載貨汽車(chē)主要是面向農(nóng)村市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)的。隨著農(nóng)民收入的增加和農(nóng)村道路的改善,這種有針對(duì)性而設(shè)計(jì)的低速貨車(chē)會(huì)受到農(nóng)民朋友的青睞。

ABSTRACT
The main contents of the total design of bedrock is in the light of other relevant provisions of the model and basis on relevant provisions to identify YC1040 vehicle type that contain the pattern of the certain low speed lorry which includes the choice of the automobile stalk type, transmission, arrangement; main size and choice of the parameter, it has to be wide outside size, wheelbase, track, before hang, after hanging, locomotive length, carriage length, est. of truck. The quality parameters, including completed bus reorganize and outfit quality, load quality, quality coefficient, total quality of the bus, are determined in this paper etc. The engine of YD480 is for the use according to the power needed and relevant country's national discharge standards.
The brake is designed is as follows: the structural scheme of the brake analyzes. After comparing the advantages and disadvantages of various forms of structural, the type is selected. Then on the brake drum diameter can be identified rub, line slices of width with and make horn, line with slices of initial horn, brake in the center get open function distance, brake shoe bearing point position coordinate of line to F of strength. Some designs about the brake are calculated finally.
YC1040 cargo truck is mainly faced with rural .With the increase of peasant's income and improvement of rural road, such low-speed truck will be favored by peasant's friend.
