I 摘要 針對傳統(tǒng)鉆探行業(yè)施工過程中設(shè)備搬遷困難、鉆孔效率低以及無法傾斜 鉆探等問題，研制、改進(jìn)新一代高效可傾式鉆探設(shè)備則顯得尤為必要。該礦用 鉆機(jī)改型過程中所面對的若干問題進(jìn)行了較為詳細(xì)研究，并對關(guān)鍵件加工過程 出現(xiàn)的工藝文體進(jìn)行分析和調(diào)整。 通過調(diào)研了解到，對鉆孔深度 100 米左右的鉆機(jī)需求量比較大，而目前 的 100 米鉆機(jī)，存在著勞動強(qiáng)度大、適應(yīng)性差等缺點(diǎn)。鑒于以上原因，我們決 定開發(fā) 100 米鉆機(jī)。經(jīng)幾次方案討論決定，鉆機(jī)應(yīng)具有以下特點(diǎn)：經(jīng)濟(jì)耐用可 靠、質(zhì)優(yōu)價(jià)廉；便于解體搬運(yùn)；體積小，重量輕；操作簡單，維修方便；適用 于 42、50mm 兩種鉆桿； 適用于合金鉆頭或金剛石鉆頭鉆進(jìn)；鉆進(jìn)速度快，效率高；動力為電機(jī)或柴油 機(jī)。 關(guān)鍵詞:100 米 變速箱 鉆機(jī) II Abstract the equipment moves the difficulty in view of the traditional drilling profession construction process in, the drill hole efficiency lowers as well as is unable to incline questions and so on drilling, the development, improves new one generation highly effective to be possible to lean the type drilling equipment to appear especially essential.
