摘 要
槽輪機(jī)構(gòu)是一種步進(jìn)間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)，由于結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、制造容易、工作可靠,能準(zhǔn)確地控制轉(zhuǎn)角, 機(jī)械效率高, 所以在自動(dòng)和半自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線中得到廣泛的應(yīng)用;但槽輪在銷軸進(jìn)出槽輪槽口時(shí)加速度大,機(jī)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生較大的沖擊,而且隨著轉(zhuǎn)速的增加和槽輪槽數(shù)的減少?zèng)_擊加劇，因而不適用于高速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的情況。
本設(shè)計(jì)以槽數(shù)4 、銷輪和槽輪中心距33 mm、銷軸半徑2 mm、銑刀半徑2mm 為例，設(shè)計(jì)槽槽輪機(jī)構(gòu)，并對(duì)槽輪的運(yùn)動(dòng)特性進(jìn)行分析。采用CAM技術(shù)對(duì)槽輪和撥盤進(jìn)行數(shù)控編程，對(duì)零件進(jìn)行工藝分析，確定刀具和切削用量，最后形成NC指令。

My Design is take 4 to trough, and trough round pin round of 33 mm center distance, pin radius of 2 mm, 2 mm radius cutter for example, Design groove grooved wheel agencies, and the movement of tank rounds analysis. Using CAM technology to dial tank round and NC Programming, Process analysis of the parts, Cutting Tool and determine the amount, finally formed NC order.
