摘 要 鋼筋加工機(jī)械是建筑施工中不可缺少的機(jī)械設(shè)備。鋼筋校直機(jī)減少了施工時(shí)間,加快生產(chǎn)速度,代替了人工校直所存在的不足。提高了生產(chǎn)率。為工程建設(shè)縮短了工期,鋼筋校直機(jī)起了很大的作用。
我設(shè)計(jì)的鋼筋校直機(jī)采用了輪輥式,它的作用實(shí)質(zhì)是施加頻率較高的周期性交變應(yīng)力,是材料產(chǎn)生超過(guò)其彈性限度的變形。交替變形達(dá)一定程度后,原來(lái)的彎曲即被抵消,達(dá)到校直的目的。
本次設(shè)計(jì)了鋼筋校直機(jī)的傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng),校直機(jī)構(gòu),機(jī)架等主要部件。它具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、效率高等特點(diǎn),符合當(dāng)今生產(chǎn)要求。
