首先通過學(xué)習(xí)和設(shè)計強化對液壓支架結(jié)構(gòu)、工作過程和原理的認(rèn)識。
其次通過學(xué)習(xí)和設(shè)計進一步鞏固機械專業(yè)課知識,加強運用知識解決實際問題能力,進一步清晰機械設(shè)計的基本過程。
再次通過學(xué)習(xí)和設(shè)計掌握一定的設(shè)計方法,磨練自身科學(xué)嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)認(rèn)真的為學(xué)態(tài)度和解決問題的能力。

二、 國內(nèi)外研究綜述:
我國已成為世界最大煤機制造國,近年來液壓支架年產(chǎn)量達到3萬架左右,我國液壓支架品種之多,產(chǎn)量之大,使用條件之復(fù)雜堪稱世界之最。
我國對工作面礦壓規(guī)律、支護技術(shù)、液壓支架與圍巖相互作用關(guān)系、液壓支架合理選型、液壓支架設(shè)計、難采煤層液壓支架和總體配套技術(shù)進行了長期大量研究,對國外液壓支架技術(shù)進行了認(rèn)真消化吸收,結(jié)合我國煤礦實際大膽創(chuàng)新,研制成功各種不同類型液壓支架。我國目前在難采復(fù)雜煤層液壓支架、放頂煤液壓支架和液壓支架適應(yīng)性研究方面處于世界先進水平。
我國液壓支架與世界先進先進水平主要差別在質(zhì)量可靠性上,一方面基礎(chǔ)工業(yè)水平的差距,材料和密封元件差距較大;另一方面制造工藝和質(zhì)量意識質(zhì)量管理水平較差。
近十年來,國際煤礦長壁開采技術(shù)取得突飛猛進發(fā)展,以美國為代表的發(fā)達產(chǎn)煤國以其雄厚的經(jīng)濟實力和得天獨厚的煤炭賦存條件,礦井普遍采用重型大功率設(shè)備、“一井一面”集約化開采。普遍采用兩柱掩護式、大工作阻力、整體頂梁、電液控制液壓支架。德國的DBT和美國的JOY兩大跨國煤機集團的液壓支架代表世界先進水平。首先架型上發(fā)展大工作阻力兩柱掩護式中厚煤層和大采高支架,針對美國、澳大利亞、南非和中國等開采條件好、經(jīng)濟實力強的大型礦井。其次支架技術(shù)研究上一支架結(jié)構(gòu)可靠性和細(xì)節(jié)人性化設(shè)計為重點,一大支護能力代替支架對圍巖和開采條件適應(yīng)性研究。另外支架材料上采用基于技術(shù)經(jīng)濟綜合平衡的材料優(yōu)化配置,結(jié)構(gòu)件一般用多品種等級的鋼板組合。產(chǎn)品制造工藝先進、質(zhì)量可靠、立柱和千斤頂采用聚氨酯和復(fù)合密封圈,缸口采用梯形或矩形螺紋連接。
