我國對(duì)該技術(shù)的研究剛起步,目前,借鑒小木塊削制研究成果,開始對(duì)小木塊坪地加工技術(shù)進(jìn)行全面研究。項(xiàng)目啟動(dòng)以后,所開發(fā)的技術(shù)將迅速縮短我們和國際上的差距。2003年,東北林業(yè)大學(xué)馬巖教授邀請(qǐng)日本教授到中國來講學(xué),相互交流木材小木塊坪地的加工技術(shù)。馬巖教授在小木塊削制的研究上發(fā)表了一些文章,對(duì)小木塊的加工精度已經(jīng)達(dá)到工業(yè)化要求,并利用這些小木塊鋪裝出實(shí)驗(yàn)樣地,其研究已進(jìn)入到實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究的階段。
2.國外詳細(xì)情況
德國、美國和澳大利亞是最早開始研究小木塊坪地工藝與技術(shù)的國家,到20世紀(jì)末,德國和澳大利亞已經(jīng)形成小木塊坪地的理論和實(shí)驗(yàn)室成果。德國于21世紀(jì)開始形成小木塊原料加工的技術(shù),以適應(yīng)小木塊工業(yè)的大批量和自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)的要求。自從Maier公司和德利斯頓大學(xué)的研究人員完成了小木塊坪地技術(shù)的應(yīng)用研究以后,Maier公司又開發(fā)出相關(guān)的工藝技術(shù),世界上眾多小木塊加工工業(yè)發(fā)達(dá)的國家紛紛在這些項(xiàng)目研究上與Maier公司進(jìn)行商業(yè)聯(lián)合開發(fā)和學(xué)術(shù)交流,并在此基礎(chǔ)上取得了大量的研究與開發(fā)成果。僅僅幾年,圍繞小木塊坪地和小木塊加工新產(chǎn)品已經(jīng)開始進(jìn)入實(shí)驗(yàn)室研究,當(dāng)今世界新型小木塊加工設(shè)備都運(yùn)用了德國科學(xué)家的技術(shù)成果。小木塊坪地屬于新型小木塊加工技術(shù)在綠化方面的高科技產(chǎn)品,小木塊坪地也屬于新型小木塊加工技術(shù)的最先進(jìn)加工技術(shù)的成果產(chǎn)品,這項(xiàng)加工技術(shù)已經(jīng)引起全世界的注意?,F(xiàn)在,全世界已經(jīng)有幾家小木塊坪地研究單位。
德國也是最早實(shí)現(xiàn)小木塊坪地?cái)?shù)控加工工業(yè)化實(shí)驗(yàn)的國家。由于德國的小木塊機(jī)械工業(yè)是世界第一大產(chǎn)業(yè),因此,該國已經(jīng)將小木塊坪地工藝與技術(shù)應(yīng)用在世界范圍內(nèi)推廣。Maier公司在數(shù)控新型小木塊的開發(fā)上實(shí)力最強(qiáng),每年他們都推出新的研究成果。
隨著數(shù)控技術(shù)不斷發(fā)展,現(xiàn)在已有許多數(shù)控鋸機(jī),圓鋸機(jī)應(yīng)用廣泛,是木材機(jī)械加工中最基本的設(shè)備之一。
按照切削刀具的加工特征,圓鋸機(jī)可分為:縱鋸圓鋸機(jī),橫截圓鋸機(jī)和萬能圓鋸機(jī)。若按工藝用途分則有:鋸解原木,在剖板材,裁邊等形式。而按鋸片數(shù)量分又有單鋸片,雙鋸片和多鋸片,等等。
木塊坪地的研究和開發(fā)的目的是基于城市綠化過程中,由于剪枝、間伐、枯木死樹處理等工序會(huì)產(chǎn)生大量的木質(zhì)廢料,這些木質(zhì)廢料在過去一直作為垃圾、燒柴、小木塊原料處理。由于城市燒柴的用量越來越少,小木塊應(yīng)用
的量也越來越少,實(shí)際這些廢料絕大多數(shù)都作為城市垃圾處理了。如果我們?cè)O(shè)計(jì)一套專用的設(shè)備,將這些廢料削成小木塊。采用專用的篩選設(shè)備將加工小木塊的碎料鋪在小木塊的下面,起到肥沃土壤的作用,使?fàn)I林的全部廢物就地全部利用。
木塊坪地還具有保墑作用,會(huì)使生長(zhǎng)在木塊坪地上的植物有充足的水分供應(yīng),達(dá)到促進(jìn)植物生長(zhǎng)的目的。木塊坪地的木材隔熱作用可以調(diào)節(jié)土壤的溫度和濕度,木塊坪地覆蓋了露在地表的塵土,實(shí)現(xiàn)防止這些塵土造成城市空氣污染的目的。在城市下大雨的時(shí)候,木塊坪地可以迅速地滲水,防止道路和綠地出現(xiàn)積水,起到調(diào)節(jié)城市排水的目的。木塊坪地美觀、調(diào)節(jié)氣候、廢物利用、促進(jìn)植物生長(zhǎng),這些優(yōu)點(diǎn)決定了這項(xiàng)技術(shù)一旦推廣將產(chǎn)生巨大的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。
