簡易管子除銹機(jī)設(shè)計(jì),簡易管子除銹機(jī)設(shè)計(jì),簡易,管子,除銹,設(shè)計(jì) 摘? 要 ??? 這篇畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)主要闡述的是管道除銹機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)，管子除銹是管子使用前的一項(xiàng)重要工序，尤其是在鋼管使用后非常有必要對管道進(jìn)行除銹。這對鋼管的使用壽命有著很重要的意義。 本設(shè)計(jì)方案是：該機(jī)主要由機(jī)架、電動(dòng)機(jī)、變速傳動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)、主軸、鋼絲刷、圓盤機(jī)構(gòu)等組成。除銹由電機(jī)帶動(dòng)，通過普通圓柱蝸輪蝸桿減速器來減速。蝸桿傳動(dòng)是用來傳遞空間互相垂直的兩項(xiàng)錯(cuò)軸之間的運(yùn)動(dòng)和動(dòng)力的一種機(jī)械傳動(dòng)形式。由于蝸輪蝸桿傳動(dòng)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)自鎖，傳動(dòng)比大，噪音小的原因，所以選擇蝸輪蝸桿傳動(dòng)。 現(xiàn)有的除銹機(jī)，其體積大，不宜搬動(dòng)，而且把管道固定在機(jī)床上后，需要人力用砂紙打磨，一般總共需要3-4個(gè)人來工作。耗費(fèi)人力不說，并且工作環(huán)境非常惡劣。 本設(shè)計(jì)是在機(jī)械動(dòng)力頭的基礎(chǔ)上，增加適當(dāng)?shù)牧慵?，?shí)現(xiàn)金屬管子機(jī)械化除銹工作，達(dá)到成本較低、結(jié)構(gòu)合理、勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度低、效率高的目的。 本設(shè)計(jì)需要明確設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)，由相關(guān)的任務(wù)書和工具書確定設(shè)計(jì)的傳動(dòng)方案為機(jī)械傳動(dòng)。由以知條件，可計(jì)算出工作力和工作速度。選電機(jī)，擬定兩級減速的各個(gè)傳動(dòng)比，確定各級減速的輸入輸出功率、轉(zhuǎn)速、轉(zhuǎn)矩。其次，查找主要技術(shù)參數(shù)，明確設(shè)計(jì)原則，由相關(guān)的公式進(jìn)行軸及各類零件的強(qiáng)度，穩(wěn)定性及壽命的校核計(jì)算；進(jìn)行機(jī)架的設(shè)計(jì)，包括床身，加緊裝置形式的明確和對其強(qiáng)度，剛度，穩(wěn)定性的校核計(jì)算。最后，全面分析設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)果是否符合設(shè)計(jì)要求，完善各個(gè)細(xì)節(jié)。??????????? 關(guān)鍵詞：除銹機(jī) 普通圓柱蝸輪蝸桿減速器 圓柱齒輪減速器 夾緊機(jī)構(gòu) 螺桿 Abstract ????
