在當(dāng)今的建筑施工現(xiàn)場(chǎng)，工人一般使用的是機(jī)械式的鋼筋加工設(shè)備，這樣的設(shè)備不但占用的場(chǎng)地大，而且費(fèi)力費(fèi)時(shí)，同時(shí)沒(méi)有安全保護(hù)措施，極易造成工人的受傷；有些雖然占地少，但是工序繁雜，不能同時(shí)加工出所須的鋼筋用件，并且噪聲大，不宜控制，鑒于以上的情況，有必要設(shè)計(jì)一種有液壓系統(tǒng)統(tǒng)一提供動(dòng)力的多功能鋼筋鋼管加工機(jī)械，可以適用于中小型建筑隊(duì)，該加工機(jī)動(dòng)作方便靈活，便于掌握，移動(dòng)，安裝簡(jiǎn)便可靠。 鋼筋切斷機(jī)是把鋼筋原材或已校直的鋼筋按配料計(jì)算的長(zhǎng)度要求進(jìn)行切斷的專用設(shè)備。廣泛應(yīng)用于施上現(xiàn)場(chǎng)和構(gòu)件預(yù)制廠剪切6—40mm的鋼筋。更換相應(yīng)刀片，還可作為各種型鋼的下料機(jī). 切斷機(jī)的使用 1．使用前的準(zhǔn)備工作 1.1鋼筋切斷機(jī)應(yīng)選擇堅(jiān)實(shí)的地固安置平穩(wěn)，機(jī)身鐵輪用三角木楔好，接送料工作臺(tái)面府和切刀的刀刃下部保持水平，工作臺(tái)的長(zhǎng)度可根據(jù)加工材料的長(zhǎng)度決定，四周應(yīng)有足夠搬運(yùn)鋼筋的場(chǎng)地。 2.2被切鋼筋應(yīng)先調(diào)直，切料時(shí)必須使用刀刃的中下部位、并應(yīng)在動(dòng)刀片后退時(shí)，緊握鋼筋對(duì)準(zhǔn)刀口迅速送人，以防鋼筋末端擺動(dòng)或蹦出傷人。嚴(yán)禁在動(dòng)刀片已開(kāi)始向前推進(jìn)時(shí)向刀門(mén)送料，否則易發(fā)生事故。 2.3嚴(yán)禁切斷超出切斷機(jī)規(guī)定范圍的鋼筋和材料。一次切斷多根鋼筋時(shí)，其總截面積應(yīng)在規(guī)定范圍以內(nèi)。禁止切斷中碳鋼鋼筋和燒紅的鋼筋。切斷低合金鋼等特種鋼筋時(shí)，應(yīng)更換相應(yīng)的高硬度刀片。 2.4斷料時(shí)，必須將被切鋼筋握緊，以防鋼筋末端擺動(dòng)或彈出傷人。在切短料時(shí)，靠近刀片的手和定刀片之間的距離應(yīng)保持150mm以上，如手握一端的長(zhǎng)度小于400mm時(shí)，用套管或夾具將鋼筋短頭壓住或夾緊，以防彈出傷人。
