基于pro/e的分線盒注塑模具的設(shè)計(jì)及凹模的加工仿真
摘要:注塑模具目前在塑料模具中使用最廣泛,能夠成型高復(fù)雜度、高精度的塑料制品。本課題是對(duì)分線盒注塑模具進(jìn)行模具設(shè)計(jì)并分析加工工藝。
本模具考慮到年產(chǎn)量、工廠的設(shè)備及塑件的精度要求,選擇一模二腔結(jié)構(gòu)。以制品的中間水平面為分型面,使制品順利脫模。為了使動(dòng)、定模能夠準(zhǔn)確地動(dòng)作, 導(dǎo)向定位機(jī)構(gòu)利用導(dǎo)柱與導(dǎo)套的配合。頂出機(jī)構(gòu)是推桿推出的一次脫出機(jī)構(gòu)。考慮到零件的位置關(guān)系,冷卻水道采用循環(huán)式分布,以便冷卻均勻、快速。
采用Pro/Engineer、cimatron來實(shí)現(xiàn)分線盒模具的三維設(shè)計(jì)及模具成型零件設(shè)計(jì),分析制件的成型質(zhì)量和完成分型面的設(shè)計(jì),再采用EMX組件來實(shí)現(xiàn)模架的裝配,并在產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)及模具裝配過程中,輔助以必要的理論計(jì)算,將數(shù)字化設(shè)計(jì)與理論計(jì)算結(jié)合起來,可以大大縮短產(chǎn)品研發(fā)周期、模具設(shè)計(jì)周期,提高產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)及模具設(shè)計(jì)的準(zhǔn)確性、產(chǎn)品成型質(zhì)量,降低產(chǎn)品研發(fā)、模具設(shè)計(jì)成本。在設(shè)計(jì)過程中制定了合理的工藝方案,滿足了大批量生產(chǎn)要求。同時(shí),還編制了詳細(xì)的工藝文件來保證模具的順利加工及制品的生產(chǎn)。
經(jīng)實(shí)踐檢驗(yàn),本模具滿足生產(chǎn)與應(yīng)用的要求。

The Design and Manufacturing of the Junction Box Receiver Mold Simulation of die processing base in pro/e
Abstract:At present ,injection molding is the plastics mould that has being used most extensively , it can mold the complex and high accurate plastic product. The Subject is about the design of the junction box receiver’s mold and process analysis.
Considering the annual output, the equipment of the factory and the requirement of precision of the plastic product, one cavities in a mould. The middle horizontal surface of the goods was choosed as the parting line to make goods by demold successfully. The runner is designed to be balanced and symmetrical distribution, ensure that melting plastic could reach each cavity’s gate almost.. Suspension and Positioning mechanism use matched guide pillar and guide sleeve to make movable mould, fixed mould to work accurately. The knockouts uses once ejecting mechanism that lifter pushes out. By the relation of the position of each part, cooling channels are designed to straight channels to cool effectively, quickly.
With Pro/Engineer, cimatron to implement three-dimensional design and mold volume design of the junction box, and shaping quality of part was analyzed and the parting line was designed by Pro/Engineer, then utilized EMX to accomplish the assemblage of the mold with the assistance of essential theory calculate mixed with figure design. It would not only shorten the cycle of product research and mold design, and improve the preciseness and the product shaping quality, but also lower the cost of the research. Having made the rational craft scheme in the design process ,so it has met the requirement of producing in enormous quantities. Moreover, it also prepared a detailed document to ensure that the process for the smooth processing of mold and apparel production.
By practice, It has meet the production and application of the requirements.
