差速器外殼加工工藝工裝設(shè)計(jì)

摘要:差速器是驅(qū)動轎的主件。差速器的作用就是在向兩邊半軸傳遞動力的同時(shí),允許兩邊半軸以不同的轉(zhuǎn)速旋轉(zhuǎn),滿足兩邊車輪盡可能以純滾動的形式作不等距行駛,減少輪胎與地面的摩擦。普通差速器由行星齒輪、差速器殼(行星輪架)、半軸齒輪等零件組成。發(fā)動機(jī)的動力經(jīng)傳動軸進(jìn)入差速器,直接驅(qū)動差速器殼帶動行星輪軸,再由行星輪帶動左、右兩條半軸,分別驅(qū)動左、右車輪。
本文主要是介紹了差速器外殼的加工工藝及加工中所需要的專用鏜床夾具的設(shè)計(jì)。首先對零件進(jìn)行了工藝性分析了解各加工面所需要打到的加工精度,確定各個(gè)加工面的加工余量。制定合理的能夠滿足加工需要的工藝方案。為了保證零件的加工精度需要進(jìn)行基準(zhǔn)面的選擇和對零件的定位,并遵循一定基本原則,并進(jìn)行定位誤差的分析。加工中還涉及到各種加床夾具的設(shè)計(jì)。本文主要介紹的是鏜床專用工藝方案的設(shè)計(jì),主要有夾具的定位,零件與零件的連接、夾具體與機(jī)床的連接和誤差分析。

Abstract:The main differential is the driving car parts.
