摘要
法蘭盤是一種盤狀零件，法蘭盤也叫法蘭，成對使用。為了保證產品的質量，提高加工效率，需要對其加工工藝進行優(yōu)化設計，并在關鍵工序使用專用機床進行加工。本課題即以此為背景，要求學生根據企業(yè)生產需要和支座體零件的加工要求，首先完成零件的加工工藝規(guī)程設計，在此基礎之上，選擇其關鍵工序之一進行專用夾具設計，并完成必要的設計計算。通過查閱相關資料，了解法蘭盤用途，性能，特點，看懂零件圖，確定毛坯，繪制毛坯圖，擬定法蘭盤工藝路線，制作工藝卡片等。近幾年來，我國在法蘭的制造領域和研發(fā)領域取得了一定的突破。機械制造工業(yè)是為社會提供各種機械設備的部門，在國家的發(fā)展中起到很重要的地位，其發(fā)展規(guī)模及水平反映了一個國家經濟實力科技水平的標志。此設計是在大學即將結束前學完了所有學校所安排的課程及實習后所面臨的一次考察，是一次理論加實踐的一次訓練。強化了我們對基礎知識和技能的理解和應用程度，培養(yǎng)了我們一定的理論分析，設計運算能力，論證能力，搜集資料能力。在我們四年的大學生活中占很重要作用。

Flange is a discoid parts, flanges, also called flange, used in pairs. In order to ensure product quality, improve processing efficiency, it is needed to optimize the processing technology, and the use of special machine tool for processing in the critical process. Through access to relevant information, understand the flange uses, properties, characteristics, understand the part drawing, determine blank, drawing blank map, formulate flange process route, process cards etc.. Machinery manufacturing industry is to provide all kinds of machinery and equipment of the Department for the society, play a very important role in the development of the nation, the development scale and level reflects the symbol of economic strength of a country's scientific and technological level. This design is in the University before the end of the finished all the work of school curriculum and a study faced after practice, is a theoretical and practical training session. To strengthen our on the basic knowledge and skills to understand and apply, cultivate our analysis the theory, design and operation ability, reasoning ability, ability to collect information. Plays an important role in our four years of University life.
