摘要:本設(shè)計的題目為前端蓋沖壓成形工藝及模具設(shè)計的設(shè)計,體現(xiàn)了薄板類沖裁零件的要求、內(nèi)容及方向,有一定的設(shè)計意義。通過對該零件模具的設(shè)計,進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)了本人沖壓模設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識,為設(shè)計更復(fù)雜的沖壓模具做好了鋪墊和吸取更深刻的經(jīng)驗。
本設(shè)計運(yùn)用沖壓成形工藝及模具設(shè)計的基礎(chǔ)知識,首先分析了沖裁件的沖壓工藝性,為確定沖裁工藝方案做好了準(zhǔn)備;然后計算沖裁力和模具刃口尺寸,便于選取壓力機(jī)及確定工作零件的尺寸和結(jié)構(gòu);最后分析了制件的特征,確定模具的設(shè)計參數(shù)、設(shè)計要點(diǎn)及推件裝置的選取。
本沖裁件規(guī)則形狀的圓,為了便于落料凸模的加工,所以在設(shè)計時把落料凸模設(shè)計成直通式。此外,該制件的尺寸較大,本副模具采用倒裝結(jié)構(gòu)形式,同時,為了簡化模具結(jié)構(gòu)采用彈性推件裝置。
