摘 要
隨著現(xiàn)代制造技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展，在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中模具已成為生產(chǎn)各種產(chǎn)品不可缺少的重要工藝裝備。特別是在沖壓產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)過程中，沖壓模具的應(yīng)用極其廣泛。
本文主要進(jìn)行彎架板的沖壓模具設(shè)計。該沖壓模具的特點是具有對稱機(jī)構(gòu)。在設(shè)計過程中分析了彎架沖壓件的工藝特點，介紹了彎架板的沖壓模結(jié)構(gòu)及模具的整體設(shè)計過程，并分析和闡述了模具凸凹模零件及各標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的選材及選用原則和方法、彎架板的結(jié)構(gòu)要素、零件的尺寸公差和精度的選擇、以及壓力機(jī)的選擇和校核。
此彎架板沖壓模具設(shè)計的結(jié)構(gòu)特點是多工序的單工序模。其主要工作零件為彎曲凸凹模和沖孔凸凹模，為了保證保證合模動作準(zhǔn)確可靠，還設(shè)置了限位擋塊和壓緊塊。
