摘 要
離合器位于發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)和變速箱之間的飛輪殼內(nèi),用螺釘將離合器總成固定在飛輪的后平面,離合器的輸出軸就是變速箱的輸入軸。在汽車(chē)行駛過(guò)程中,駕駛員可根據(jù)踩下或松開(kāi)離合器制動(dòng)踏板,使發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)與變速箱暫時(shí)分離和逐漸結(jié)合,以切斷或傳遞發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)向變速器輸入的動(dòng)力。
離合器在機(jī)械傳動(dòng)系中是作為一個(gè)獨(dú)立的總成而存在的,它是汽車(chē)傳動(dòng)系中直接與發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)相連的總成。目前,各種汽車(chē)廣泛采用摩擦離合器主要依靠主從動(dòng)部分的摩擦來(lái)傳遞動(dòng)力且能分離的裝置。
汽車(chē)離合器看似結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、工作原理淺薄,但是其結(jié)構(gòu)的發(fā)展卻經(jīng)歷了上百年,融合了幾代人的智慧和心血才達(dá)到現(xiàn)今的地步。在現(xiàn)代汽車(chē)中,膜片彈簧離合器應(yīng)用越來(lái)越廣泛,結(jié)合比亞迪轎車(chē)的主要參數(shù)及制造工藝設(shè)計(jì)拉式膜片彈簧離合器。以比迪轎車(chē)的技術(shù)參數(shù)為主要設(shè)計(jì)依據(jù),并參閱近期國(guó)內(nèi)外有關(guān)離合器設(shè)計(jì)方便的書(shū)籍和資料,在本次設(shè)計(jì)中主要設(shè)計(jì)摩擦片、膜片彈簧、從動(dòng)盤(pán)總成、壓盤(pán)等。在設(shè)計(jì)中分析拉式膜片彈簧較以往推式膜片彈簧的優(yōu)點(diǎn),并對(duì)摩擦片及膜片彈簧進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。

ABSTRACT
The clutch is located in between the engine and transmission of the flywheel shell.Use screws will the clutch assembly fixed in the plane, after the flywheel clutch output shaft is gearbox input shaft.In the course of driving cars, the pilot can according to step down the or loosen clutch brake pedal,Make the engine and transmission temporarily separation and gradually combining to cut off the engine, or delivered to the transmission power. Input.
The clutch in mechanical transmission is as a stand-alone assembly and exist, it is the transmission system of connected directly with the engine of the assembly.At present, various kinds of car widely adopted by the friction clutch relies mainly on the stationary part of the friction subordinate to transfer power and can separate device.
Clutch seemingly simple structure, working principle, but the structure of the shallow development has experienced hundreds of years, the fusion of generations of wisdom and efforts to reach the point of today.In the modern automobile, diaphragm spring clutch used more widely, combined with BYD cars and manufacturing technology of the main parameters design rumsfeld diaphragm spring clutch. BYD cars than technical parameters for the main design basis, and refer to the domestic and overseas relevant clutch design convenient books and material, in the design of the main design of friction, the diaphragm spring, platen assembly, pressure plate, etc.In the design and analysis of diaphragm spring than ever to push type diaphragm spring of advantage, and the friction of films and diaphragm spring optimization design.
