摘 要
變速器是汽車傳動系的重要組成部分,其發(fā)展無疑代表著汽車工業(yè)的發(fā)展,它的設(shè)計也是汽車設(shè)計的一個重要部分。本設(shè)計的任務(wù)是設(shè)計長城賽影轎車的二軸式五檔手動變速器。
因為變速箱在低檔工作時作用有較大的力,所以一般變速箱的低檔都布置靠近軸的后支承處,然后按照從低檔到高檔順序布置各檔位齒輪。這樣做既能使軸有足夠大的剛性,又能保證裝配容易。變速箱整體結(jié)構(gòu)剛性與軸和殼體的結(jié)構(gòu)有關(guān)系。一般通過控制軸的長度即控制檔數(shù),來保證變速箱有足夠的剛性。
本設(shè)計從后驅(qū)動變速器的總體方案開始,對傳動系統(tǒng)的方案進(jìn)行分析,檔位的布置形式進(jìn)行研究分析,變速器基本參數(shù)的選擇,零部件結(jié)構(gòu)方案的分析確定,同步器、操縱機(jī)構(gòu)及箱體的設(shè)計選用。根據(jù)所配車型,結(jié)合上述參數(shù),再結(jié)合汽車設(shè)計、汽車?yán)碚摗C(jī)械設(shè)計等相關(guān)知識,計算出相關(guān)的變速器參數(shù)并論證設(shè)計的合理性。而后用Auto CAD軟件畫出變速器的裝配圖和零件圖,并用Pro/E軟件進(jìn)行三維建模,用ANSYS軟件對關(guān)鍵零件進(jìn)行有限元分析,利用三維平臺提高本設(shè)計的可靠性。

ABSTRACT
Transmission is vehicle drivetrain is important constituent, its development will undoubtedly represents the automobile industry, its design is an important part of automotive design. This design task is to design the Great Wall "shadow cars in five second shaft manual shift transmission.

To do so we can make axis is big enough, and can guarantee the rigid assembly easy. Gearbox overall structure rigidity with axis and shell structure are related. The length of the general through the control axis control file number, that there is enough to ensure transmission rigidity.
Notebook design from the overall scheme of the drive transmission of transmission system began, analysis, gear scheme decorate a form of research and analysis, the transmission of basic parameters selection, parts structure project analysis to identify, synchronizer, manipulate the institutions and cabinet design to choose. According to the selection of vehicles, a combination of these parameters, combined with car design, automobile theory, mechanical design and related knowledge, compute related transmission parameters and demonstrates the rationality of the design. And then use Auto CAD software draw the transmission, and the assembly and parts graph Pro/E software ANSYS software, 3d modeling, use of key parts, using three-dimensional finite element analysis of the reliability of the design of the platform improve this.
