摘要
目前，農(nóng)作物秸稈及牧草類等粗纖維物料粉碎加工多采用普通粉碎機(jī)，效率低，能耗高，不能達(dá)到粉碎要求，市場(chǎng)上也沒有專業(yè)的加工機(jī)械產(chǎn)品面世，因此研制秸稈和牧草等物料加工機(jī)械存在著客觀的必要性。為此，主要介紹了秸稈類粉碎機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)思想、設(shè)計(jì)方案、主要零部件的設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn)、性能參數(shù)的確定以及本機(jī)的工作原理。
針對(duì)現(xiàn)有玉米秸稈加工機(jī)械加工時(shí)的秸稈水分、營養(yǎng)成分流失嚴(yán)重等問題，設(shè)計(jì)出了一種采用三維切割方式的青玉米秸稈粉碎機(jī)，介紹該粉碎機(jī)的主要結(jié)構(gòu)和設(shè)計(jì)參數(shù)。研究新型玉米秸稈粉碎機(jī)械，解決在工作原理及性能、尺寸參數(shù)、材料等方面的問題，以達(dá)到對(duì)青狀玉米秸稈類物料的加工利用，解決成本低與生產(chǎn)率高的矛盾，保證粉粒尺寸滿足實(shí)際生產(chǎn)的需要，為我國農(nóng)村，農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供技術(shù)支持。玉米秸稈粉碎機(jī)可有力的促進(jìn)農(nóng)牧產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展，使農(nóng)副產(chǎn)品變廢為寶。

Abstract

For this purpose, mainly introduced to determine the straw shredder design ideas, design, design elements of the main components , the performance parameters and the working principle of the machine.
For existing moisture corn stalk straw processing machinery processing time , the loss of nutrients and serious problem , devised a way of using three-dimensional green corn stalks cut shredders, describes the main structure and design parameters of the mill . Research new corn stalks crushing machinery to solve problems in the working principle and performance, size parameters , materials, etc. , in order to achieve the green corn stalk -like processing and utilization of materials , to resolve conflicts with high productivity and low cost , to ensure silt size to meet the actual production needs , provide technical support for the development of rural areas, agriculture. Corn stalk shredders can effectively promote the development of agriculture and animal husbandry industries, so that agricultural waste into treasure .
