34、每個(gè)單元都列出明確的語(yǔ)言目標(biāo)、主要的功能項(xiàng)目與語(yǔ)法結(jié)構(gòu)、需要掌握的基本詞匯,并分為A和B兩部分。A部分是基本的語(yǔ)言內(nèi)容,B部分是知識(shí)的擴(kuò)展和綜合的語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用。這套教材是基于城市學(xué)生的狀況編寫的,對(duì)于我們農(nóng)村學(xué)生來(lái)說(shuō),由于小學(xué)基礎(chǔ)不好,到初中以后學(xué)起來(lái)的確有些吃力,光是一千多個(gè)單詞就嚇退了不少學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的興趣。但我們還必須知難而上,為了提高農(nóng)村的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)成績(jī)而努力。 三.所教班級(jí)學(xué)生基本情況分析 本屆七年級(jí)新生和以往初一學(xué)生有著很大的差異,字母還不能規(guī)范的書寫,更別提什么單詞,句子。在讀,說(shuō)方面,語(yǔ)音也有不少需要糾正的地方,由于各小學(xué)授課,英語(yǔ)基礎(chǔ)也差參不齊。另外,所教班的學(xué)生
35、在情感態(tài)度,學(xué)習(xí)策略方面還存在諸多需要進(jìn)一步解決的問(wèn)題。例如:很多學(xué)生不能明確學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的目的,沒(méi)有真正認(rèn)識(shí)到學(xué)習(xí)英語(yǔ)的目的在于交流;有些同學(xué)在學(xué)習(xí)中缺乏小組合作意識(shí);大多數(shù)同學(xué)沒(méi)有養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣,不能做好課前預(yù)習(xí)課后復(fù)習(xí),學(xué)習(xí)沒(méi)有計(jì)劃性和策略性;不善于發(fā)現(xiàn)和總結(jié)語(yǔ)言規(guī)律,不注意知識(shí)的鞏固和積累; 四、奮斗目標(biāo) 鉆研新課標(biāo),提高自己的教學(xué)水平,真正做到教學(xué)相長(zhǎng),努力達(dá)到學(xué)校規(guī)定的教學(xué)指標(biāo)。 五、具體措施 1、每天背誦課文中的對(duì)話。目的:要求學(xué)生背誦并默寫,培養(yǎng)語(yǔ)感。 2、每天記5個(gè)生詞,2個(gè)常用句子或習(xí)語(yǔ)。實(shí)施:利用“互測(cè)及教師抽查”及時(shí)檢查,保證效果并堅(jiān)持下去。 3、認(rèn)真貫徹晨讀制度:規(guī)定晨讀內(nèi)容,加強(qiáng)監(jiān)督,保證晨讀效果。 4、對(duì)后進(jìn)生進(jìn)行專門輔導(dǎo),布置單獨(dú)的作業(yè),讓他們?cè)谛∵M(jìn)步,小轉(zhuǎn)變中體味學(xué)習(xí)的快樂(lè),樹(shù)立學(xué)習(xí)的自信,盡快成長(zhǎng)起來(lái)。 5、關(guān)注學(xué)生的情感,營(yíng)造寬松、民主、和諧的教學(xué)氛圍。 6、實(shí)施"任務(wù)型"的教學(xué)途徑,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生綜合語(yǔ)言運(yùn)用能力 7、在教學(xué)中根據(jù)目標(biāo)并結(jié)合教學(xué)內(nèi)容,創(chuàng)造性地設(shè)計(jì)貼近學(xué)生實(shí)際的教學(xué)活動(dòng),吸引和組織他們積極參與。學(xué)生通過(guò)思考、調(diào)查、討論、交流和合作等方式,學(xué)習(xí)和使用英語(yǔ),完成學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)。 8、加強(qiáng)對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)策略的指導(dǎo),為他們終身學(xué)習(xí)奠定基礎(chǔ)。
