1、第十六節(jié)通知 1寫法指導 通知一般分為書面通知和口頭通知兩種。書面通知通常指的是貼在布告欄里、寫在黑板上或登在報紙上的通知，比較正式，一般采用第三人稱的形式傳達；口頭通知通常是用來應付緊急事務的，因此要符合口語習慣，語言通俗易懂，方式靈活多樣。一般采用第一人稱傳達，結尾要使用thank you等禮貌用語。 2寫作格式 (1)書面通知： Notice An activity will be held .
