一、教學內(nèi)容與分析
Just talk
本課是有關(guān)小學階段英語學習方式的語篇閱讀課。本課通過Li Yan在School TV介紹自己英語學習方式的情境,引出要學習的目標語言How did you learn English? I learned English by doing things. 通過師生之間、生生之間的對話,自主感知、模仿、理解和體驗,學生能夠運用 Our English teacher taught us in many way. How did you learn Engli
2、sh? I learned English by doing things.等表示介紹、詢問等的功能語句在真實語境中進行交際。
主要目標語言:

二、課前準備
1. 手繪或在電腦中制作一張報紙,上面有希望之星演講比賽獲獎者的照片,以及介紹其英語學習方法的文章。
2. 準備一些表現(xiàn)學生游戲活動的老照片,用于游戲“憶童年美好時光”這個環(huán)節(jié)。
三、教學步驟與建議
1. 熱身
3、/復習(Warm-up / Revision)
1) 教師出示本屆希望之星英語演講比賽本校選手獲獎照片和介紹其英語學習方法的文章,并請同學一同觀看學校小熒星電視臺對其進行采訪的錄像。教師在錄制視頻的過程中盡量運用本課書出現(xiàn)的核心短語和句式,如:I began to learn ..., be interested in, sing English songs, play guessing games, do tasks, use words and sentences, 喚醒學生對所學知識的記憶,并在舊知中適量滲透新知,如頻度副詞在一般過去時句式中的滲透,以及by oneself 和 use
4、 ... to do ...用法的滲透。

H: May I ask you some questions?
W: Sure.
H: When did you begin to learn English?
W: I began to learn English six years ago.
H: What? You mean you have learned English since you were five?
W: Yes. At that time my mother taug
6、ht me English at home. And then I went to school. I began to learn English with my English teacher. She taught us in many ways. So we were very interested in English lessons. We often sang, danced, chanted and played games. Our teacher usually let us do things by ourselves. We did interesting tasks.
7、 Sometimes we did role play. We used words and sentences to tell stories. We often worked in pairs or in groups. In groups we always helped each other and learned from each other. We all did a good job.
H: Did you enjoy English learning?
W: Yes, we enjoyed it very much.

2. 新課呈現(xiàn)(Presentation)
1) Pr-reading:激發(fā)閱讀動機,激活知識儲備,走進情境,掃除生詞障礙
教師在帶領學生觀看Wang Wei題為My English Learning的演講后,呈現(xiàn)出往日學生英語學習的畫面,引發(fā)學生對自己英語學習方法的回顧。
語言支持:
T: We all know how Wang Wei learned English. What about us? How did we learn English? I will show you some pictures.
通過照片的展示和教師有針對性的介紹,學生感知關(guān)鍵
9、動詞及其過去式:sing—sang; dance—danced; chant—chanted; teach—taught, 充分的語言輸入為后續(xù)的語言學習奠定基礎。
為更好地讓學生理解動詞短語do role play, do sth by oneself, use…to do…,教師可以采用如下教學方法:
(1) 出示學生出演《西游記》的照片,并通過提示W(wǎng)here was Monkey King? He was in a hole. We did a role play.加深學生對單詞role音、形、義的理解。
(2) 出示在陶吧制作花瓶的照片,并展示一個聲形的花瓶,介紹說A finis
10、hed it by myself.或出示其他手工藝品并加以介紹。
(3) 出示一個古代的陶器,請學生思考:We used it to... 后邊可接什么動詞。學生有可能會給出這樣的答案:drink,教師可以回答補充完整:We used it to drink.
2) While-reading:基于問題的閱讀,整體接觸文本,全面把握章篇結(jié)構(gòu),加深對動詞過去式的認識
(1) 請學生帶著問題,初讀課文,封閉型問題的設置旨在獲取基本信息。

(2) 請學生帶著任務閱讀,閱讀過程中,圈出全文出現(xiàn)的動詞過去式。
3) 再讀文本,為深刻的理解而閱讀,開放型問題的設計旨在激活學生的思維,培養(yǎng)學生的獨立開放的思考能力和深刻感知一般過去時的語用意義。

12、 趣味操練(Practice)
1) 教師可以將本課書出現(xiàn)的動詞過去式和一些重點動詞短語編成小唱謠,讓學生反復說唱。

2) 將課前搜集好的學生的照片放置在大屏幕上,請其他同學猜測這張照片的主人公是如何學習的。

4. 語言運用(Language use)
鑒于本課中生詞和不規(guī)則的動詞過去式較為集中,語言運用階段的目標應著眼于以下三點:語言基礎稍差的學生在課上能夠熟讀課文,語言基礎中等的同學
15、可以為演講短片或圖片進行配音,語言基礎好的同學可以模仿Li Yan就My English Learning的題目進行行演講,演講過程中力求做到語言流暢,肢體語言表情達意。

(1) 教師可以引導學生積累自己學習動詞過去式的小檔案。
