摘要
本產(chǎn)品屬于一種小功率的發(fā)電設(shè)備,特別是一種適合飼養(yǎng)有牛、馬、驢、騾等的農(nóng)戶使用的發(fā)電機(jī)。在許多邊遠(yuǎn)山區(qū)采用水力發(fā)電、風(fēng)力發(fā)電、地?zé)岚l(fā)電等方法解決電問題。但不少地區(qū)水力、風(fēng)力、地?zé)豳Y源都比較貧乏,而且水利發(fā)電、風(fēng)力發(fā)電投資很大,往往給這些地區(qū)發(fā)電問題造成困難。該設(shè)備結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,由于其以家畜作為動(dòng)力,因而不會(huì)對環(huán)境造成破壞。
畜力發(fā)電機(jī)主要有有三部分組成:儲能裝置、傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)、增速系統(tǒng) 。
儲能裝置利用平面蝸卷彈簧儲存能量;傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)是將彈簧儲存的能量轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闄C(jī)械能;增速系統(tǒng)是將輸出的較小的轉(zhuǎn)速增大,以達(dá)到發(fā)電機(jī)所需要的轉(zhuǎn)速。
這個(gè)設(shè)計(jì)書主要由三部分組成,第一部分是畜力發(fā)電機(jī)的總體設(shè)計(jì);第二部分是傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算以及關(guān)鍵零部件的校核,第三部分是增速系統(tǒng)的總方案的設(shè)計(jì)

ABSTRACT
This product belongs to one kind of low power generating set, specially one kind suits to the peasant household who have the cow, the horse, the donkey, the mule and so on. In many outlying mountainous areas,the people use many methods solution electricity questions such as hydraulic electrogenerating, wind power generation, geothermal power generation and so on.But many local areas are all deficient, moreover ,the water conservation electricity generation and the wind power generation cost very big. So these areas often gives these local electricity generation question to cause the difficulty.This product mix is simple, because it takes the power by the domestic animal, thus cannot create the environment the destruction.
The livestock strength generator mainly includes three parts: Stored energy installment, transmission system and speed-up system.
The stored energy use plane snail volume spring cumulative energy; The transmission system conversion which stores up the spring for the mechanical energy; The speed-up system function is the small rotational speed which outputs increases, achieved the generator needs rotational speed.
This designs mainly includes three parts, the first part is the livestock strength generator system design. The second part is the transmission system design calculation and the essential spare part examination, the third part is the speed-up system total plan design.
