4、備吊裝方案 Lift ing Scheme For Roof Equipme nt 一、工程概況 Project profiles 1. 本工程為上海迪士尼樂(lè)園坐落在上海國(guó)際旅游度假中心。 根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)要求和業(yè)主 施工節(jié)點(diǎn)的要求，擬對(duì)飛越 707屋面上設(shè)備進(jìn)行吊裝，故編制本方案指導(dǎo)施 工。飛越707主要按屋面標(biāo)咼劃分為咼區(qū)、低區(qū)，屋面標(biāo)咼最咼 18.5米。整 個(gè)屋面上19處設(shè)有設(shè)備，重量最重為14.5噸。在屋面施工結(jié)束后開(kāi)始對(duì)其采 用汽車吊在場(chǎng)外進(jìn)行吊裝。 Shanghai Disneyland project is located in the center of Shanghai

5、 International Tourism Resort 。According to the requirements of design and the owner' sconstruction milestones, it is contemplated to carryout hoisting for the roofi ng equipme nts in Soari ng-707; therefore deriv ing the preparati on of the pla n guidi ng the con struct ion 。The elevati ons of 707-

30、 吊裝工藝流程圖 The flow diagram of hoisti ng process 具體步驟： Specific steps: 1、 起重吊裝之前的準(zhǔn)備工作，在設(shè)備吊裝之前，一定要做好充分和自行的檢查 和合適工作。確保設(shè)備安裝到位，如果條件允許的情況下，可以適當(dāng)?shù)臉?biāo)出標(biāo)記； 檢查設(shè)備的吊耳看一下是否符合起重吊裝的要求。 The preparatory work before hoist ing: Before equipme nt lifti ng, make adequate self-exam in ati on for suitable job. En sur

31、e that the equipme nt in stalled in place, and appropriately mark the identities if conditions permit 。 check the lifting eyes or lugs to see if the devices meet the requirements of hoisting. 2、 起重吊裝索的鏈接：主要包括：吊耳、電動(dòng)卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī)的拉力試驗(yàn)和方位上面的 調(diào)整，還有拖尾系統(tǒng)的設(shè)定等等工作。 The linkage of hoisting cords includes: lifting ey

47、t. 2） 燃油、潤(rùn)滑油、液壓油及冷卻水應(yīng)添加充足。 fuel oil, lubricat ing oil, hydraulic oil and cooli ng water should be added sufficie nt. 3） 開(kāi)動(dòng)油泵前，先使發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)低速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)一段時(shí)間。 before actuati ng the oil pump, make the engine running at low speed duri ng the previous time. 4） 檢查鋼絲繩及連接部位應(yīng)符合規(guī)定。 Check that the wire rope and connecti
