摘要
隨著現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)腳步的加快,礦山機(jī)械也在不斷的發(fā)展,但由于能源和建設(shè)等施工要求的增大,掘進(jìn)機(jī)的性能還不能夠完全適應(yīng),所以迫切要求設(shè)計(jì)出新型掘進(jìn)機(jī)以適應(yīng)工況要求。
橫軸式掘進(jìn)機(jī)的總體方案設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)于整機(jī)的性能起著決定性的作用。因此,根據(jù)掘進(jìn)機(jī)的用途、作業(yè)情況及制造條件,合理選擇機(jī)型,并正確確定各部結(jié)構(gòu)型式,對(duì)于實(shí)現(xiàn)整機(jī)的各項(xiàng)技術(shù)指標(biāo)、保證機(jī)器的工作性能具有重要意義。
本設(shè)計(jì)是對(duì)橫軸式掘進(jìn)機(jī)總體方案設(shè)計(jì)與行走系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。通過(guò)應(yīng)用掘進(jìn)機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)的一系列知識(shí),對(duì)掘進(jìn)機(jī)的懸臂支撐機(jī)構(gòu);裝運(yùn)機(jī)構(gòu);行走機(jī)構(gòu);轉(zhuǎn)載機(jī);冷卻噴霧系統(tǒng);液壓系統(tǒng);電氣系統(tǒng)加以分析,并且進(jìn)一步對(duì)行走系統(tǒng)做了優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。最后使設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)達(dá)到本設(shè)計(jì)的目的,使該掘進(jìn)機(jī)在滿(mǎn)足原有要求的情況下實(shí)現(xiàn)體積小、成本低、效率高、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、使用維護(hù)方便的要求。

ABSTRACT
With the accelerated pace of modernization construction, mining machinery are also constantly development, but due to energy and building construction requirements of the increase, boring machine is not able to completely meet the performance, there is an urgent request to design a new boring machine to adapt to conditions Requirements.
The boring machine design of the overall plan for the performance of the play a decisive role. Therefore, in accordance with the purposes boring machine, operating and manufacturing conditions, a reasonable choice of models and determine the right structure of ministries, for the achievement of the various technical indicators to ensure that the machines work performance is of great significance.
The design is so boring machine to design specific analysis, and for some boring machine running the design calculations. Through the application of a series of boring machine design knowledge, the boring machine cantilever support institutions; shipment; walk; reproduced; cooling spray system; hydraulic system; electrical system analysis, the operating system and further optimize the design done . So that the final design of the system designed to achieve this purpose, so that the boring machine to meet the requirements of the original under small size, low cost, high efficiency, simple structure and facilitate the use of safeguard requirements.
