1、Machineclassificationandposefixture1fixtureintheroleofmachiningWorkpiececlampingfixtureisakindofprocessequipment,itiswidelyusedinmechanicalmachiningofthemanufacturingprocess,heattreatment,assembly,weldingandtestingprocesses.Intheuseofmetal-cuttingmachinetoolscollectivelyreferredtoasthejigfixture.nam
2、odernproductionmachineisanindispensablefixtureoftheprocessequipment,machiningoftheworkpiece,theprocessingrequirementsinordertoensure.Firstofalltotheworkpieceandthemachinetoolrelativetoacorrectposition,andthislocationduringprocessingdoesnotchangetheimpactofexternalforces.Tothisend,duringthepre-machin
3、ing,workpiececlampingmustbegood.Therearetwowaystoclampworkpiece:oneisdirectlyclampingtheworkpieceinthemachinetableoronthechuck;Theotheristheworkpieceinthefixtureonthefixture.Thefirstmethodusedwhentheworkpiececlamping,thegeneraldesignrequirementshavetopresslinesinthesurfacetodrawthesizeandlocation,cl
4、amping,orwhentheneedleiszoneddialindicatortofindisaftertheclamping.Thismethodneedspecialequipment,butlowefficiency,aregenerallyusedforone-pieceandsmallbatchproduction.Largequantities,mostlywiththeworkpiececlampingfixture.Withthemeritsoftheworkpiececlampingfixturesareasfollows:(l)Guaranteethestabilit
5、yofthemachiningaccuracyofworkpiece.Workpieceswithclampingfixture,theworkpiecerelativetothelocationoftoolandmachinetooltoensuretheaccuracyofthefixturefromthetechnicallevelofworkers,sothatanumberofworkpiecemachiningaccuracyoftheline.(2)Toimprovelaborproductivity.Workpiececlampingfixturecanfacilitateth
6、eusereasily、rapidly,andtheworkpiecedoesnotneedtofindiscrossed,cansignificantlyreducethesupplementaryworkinghours,toimprovelaborproductivity;workpieceinthefixtureafterthefixturetoimprovetherigidityoftheworkpiece,thuscuttingtheamountofincrease,toimprovelaborproductivity;canusemorepiecesofmulti-workpie
7、ceclampingfixture,andtheuseofefficientclampingbodies,tofurtherimprovelaborproductivity.(3)Toexpandtheuseofmachinetools.Machinetoolsingeneraluseadedicatedmachinetoolfixturecanexpandthescopeoftheprocessandgivefullplaytothepotentialofmachinetoolstoachieveamulti-machineuse.Forexample,theuseofadedicatedf
8、ixturecanbeeasilyLatheprocessingsmallboxtotheworkpiece.Eveninthelatheoutofoil,areductionofexpensivededicatedmachines,reducingthecost,whichisparticularlyimportantforsmallandmedium-sizedfactories.(4)Toimprovetheoperatorsworkingconditions.Asthepneumatic,hydraulic,electro-magneticpowersource,suchastheap

10、elaborproductivity,lowerleveltechnicalworkers,aswellaslowerscrapandotherreasons,obviouslytoreducetheproductioncosts.Fixturemanufacturingcost-sharinginagroupofworkpieces,eachworkpiecetoincreasethecostisveryminimal,farlessthanasaresultofincreasedlaborproductivityandreducecosts.Thegreatervolumeofworkpi
11、ece,fixturemadetousehasbecomemoresignificanteconomicbenefits.2FixtureCategory2.1GeneralcharacteristicsofthefixturebyCategoryAccordingtotheproductionindifferenttypesoffixturesinthecommoncharacteristicsofmachinetoolfixturefixturecanbedividedintogeneral,specialfixtures,adjustableclamp,andautomaticlineo
12、fmodularfixturefixture,suchas:(l)GeneralFixture.Universalfixturereferstothestructure,sizehasbeenstandardized,andhasacertainuniversalfixture.Thistypeoffixtureadaptable,canbeusedtosetupthescopeofacertainshapeandsizeofvariousparts.(2)Adedicatedfixture.Thistypeoffixtureisdesignedforaparticularpartofthep
13、rocessingproceduresandthedesignandmanufacture.Relativelystableintheproduct,theproductionoflargerquantities,usedavarietyofspecialfixtures,accesstohigherproductivityandmachiningaccuracy.(3)Adjustablefixture.Adjustablefixtureforgeneralfixtureandspecialfixtureandthedefectsdevelopedanewkindoffixture.Ofdi
14、fferenttypesandsizesoftheworkpiece,simplyadjustorreplacethefixtureattheoriginallocationoftheindividualcomponentsandwillbeusedtoclampcomponents.(4)ModularFixture.Modularfixtureisamodularfixture.Standardcomponentsofthemodulewithhighprecisionandresistancetoabrasion,canbeassembledintoavarietyoffixtures.
15、Removablefixtureusedtocleantheassemblyafterthenewfixtureleft.(5)Automaticlinefixture.Automaticlineclampgenerallydividedintotwocategories:fixed-typefixture,whichissimilartoadedicatedfixture;otheraccompanyingafixturefortheuseoftheworkpieceinthefixture,togetherwiththemovement,andautomaticworkpiecealong
16、thelinefromamovetothenextpositionpositionforprocessing.2.2ClassificationbytheuseofmachinetoolsClassificationBytheuseofmachinetoolscanbedividedintolathejigfixtures,millingfixtures,drillingfixtures,hang-bedfixture,jiggearmachine,CNCmachinetoolfixture,automaticmachinetoolfixtures,accompaniedbyautomatic
17、line,andotherfixtures,suchasmachinetools.Thisisaspecialfixturedesignoftheclassificationmethodused.Dedicatedfixturedesign,themachinegroup,thetypeandthemainparametershavebeendetermined.Theirdifferenceisthecuttingformingmachinetoolmovements,sotheconnectionfixturewiththemachineindifferentways.Machininga
