研究內(nèi)容
本課題主要研究的內(nèi)容:一模多腔的塑料模具的設(shè)計(jì)與制造。主要研究內(nèi)容有:首先學(xué)習(xí)典型的模具結(jié)構(gòu),進(jìn)一步熟悉塑料模具設(shè)計(jì)的過程,注意的細(xì)節(jié),設(shè)計(jì)要點(diǎn),UG軟件的應(yīng)用。然后是在工程實(shí)踐的基礎(chǔ)上,到車間了解模具加工,裝配的過程,將實(shí)際生產(chǎn)再次反饋的設(shè)計(jì),以求達(dá)到優(yōu)化和學(xué)習(xí)并升華的目的。
擬采取的研究方法、技術(shù)路線、實(shí)驗(yàn)方案及可行性分析
塑料塑件在人們的日常生活中及現(xiàn)代工業(yè)生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域中占有很重要的地位。采用模具成型的工藝代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的切削加工工藝,可以提高生產(chǎn)效率,保證零件質(zhì)量,節(jié)約材料,降低生產(chǎn)成本,從而取得很高的生產(chǎn)效率。因此,在機(jī)電、儀表、化工、汽車和航天航空等領(lǐng)域,塑料已成為金屬的良好代用材料并得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,出現(xiàn)了金屬材料塑料化的趨勢。本文設(shè)計(jì)了采用了十六個(gè)斜頂機(jī)構(gòu),能一模生成十六件產(chǎn)品,頂出機(jī)構(gòu)采用延時(shí)頂出,可以自動(dòng)將產(chǎn)品同澆道料頭脫開,大大節(jié)省了后續(xù)工序,本設(shè)計(jì)采用UG設(shè)計(jì),直接設(shè)計(jì)出3D圖形,然后生成裝配圖和零件圖。
