1、單元寫作指導(dǎo),寫作指導(dǎo),常用表達(dá),寫作結(jié)構(gòu),針對(duì)訓(xùn)練,如何寫書信 書信是人們交流的一種常見方式。一封好的書信首先要格式正確,其次合理組織語言材料并融合在書信之中,這是書信寫作的關(guān)鍵。從近年高考試題來看,多數(shù)考查書信形式的作文已經(jīng)給出了開頭和結(jié)尾,因此不涉及其格式的考查,可以直接動(dòng)筆寫作。 在動(dòng)筆寫作時(shí),要注意以下幾點(diǎn): 1.處理好寫信人與收信人之間的關(guān)系。在稱呼、語言等方面應(yīng)格外注意。譬如,非正式信件直接稱呼Dear Tom,最后的落款Yours,Li Hua,如果不太熟的話,最好用正式文體。如邀請(qǐng)朋友參加生日聚會(huì),可以說I’m writing to tell you that...,但如果用

2、It’s my great honour to invite you to...就顯得太正式。,寫作指導(dǎo),常用表達(dá),寫作結(jié)構(gòu),針對(duì)訓(xùn)練,2.要緊扣提示,圍繞主題,詳細(xì)描述書信的主體內(nèi)容(如下面題目中表格中的內(nèi)容)。再如邀請(qǐng)某人參加晚會(huì)、晚餐或一般聚會(huì),就要把活動(dòng)的時(shí)間、地點(diǎn)、活動(dòng)的理由或有哪些人出席等寫清楚。 3.語言要簡(jiǎn)潔。英文書信講究開門見山,簡(jiǎn)明扼要。只要按照提示的要點(diǎn)把需要表達(dá)的內(nèi)容表達(dá)清楚即可,不可過多發(fā)揮,或拖泥帶水,畢竟詞數(shù)有所限定。 4.符合英文書信的結(jié)尾方式(祝福對(duì)方best wishes;期盼looking forward to your reply等)。,寫作指導(dǎo),常用表
