1、Unit 9I like music that I can dance to.,第三課時(shí)(Grammar Focus4c)單元同步語法精講精練,定語從句的含義 在復(fù)合句中，修飾某一名詞或代詞的從句叫做定語從句。被修飾的名詞或代詞叫做先行詞。從句放在所修飾的詞(即先行詞)之后，由關(guān)系代詞或關(guān)系副詞引導(dǎo)。,定語從句的引導(dǎo)詞 定語從句的引導(dǎo)詞可分為關(guān)系代詞that，which，who(賓格為whom，所有格為whose)和關(guān)系副詞where，when，why等。本單元我們主要學(xué)習(xí)關(guān)系代詞引導(dǎo)的定語從句。,關(guān)系代詞在定語從句中的用法 that既可指人也可指物，在句中作主語或賓語。 eg：He is a

2、 man that/who often helps others.(作主語) which指物，在句中作主語或賓語。 eg：She likes to live in a room which/that is big and bright.(作主語) The story which/that she told them was very interesting.(作賓語) who指人，在句中作主語或賓語。 eg：Here is the man who/that is the most handsome star in the film.(作主語) whom指人，在句中只能作賓語。 eg：He is

3、nt the man whom/who/that I talked to just now.(作賓語) whose既可指人也可指物，在句中作定語。 eg：Is there anyone in our class whose father is a doctor？(作定語),【注意】 關(guān)系代詞在句中作主語時(shí)，謂語動(dòng)詞的單復(fù)數(shù)應(yīng)與先行詞的單復(fù)數(shù)一致。 eg：Tom is one of the boys that are from the USA. Tom is the only boy that is from the USA. 關(guān)系代詞在從句中作賓語時(shí)，關(guān)系代詞可省略。關(guān)系代詞前有介詞時(shí)，不能省
