1、軸承座,實體建模: 自上而下,說明 建立軸承座的1/2對稱實體模型。 以p-block.db 文件名保存數(shù)據(jù)庫文件,6F. 實體建模:自上而下軸承座,1.按教師指定的工作目錄,用“p-block”作為作業(yè)名, 進入 ANSYS 2.打開等軸視圖方位: 按ISO 或用命令: /VIEW,1,1,1,1 3.創(chuàng)建軸承座的基礎(chǔ) : Main Menu Preprocessor Modeling Create Volumes Block By Dimensions 輸入 X1 = 0, X2 = 3, Y1 = 0, Y2 = 1, Z1 = 0, Z2 = 3,然后按OK 或用命令: /PREP7
2、BLOCK,0,3,0,1,0,3,6F. 實體建模:自上而下軸承座,4.將工作平面移到 X=2.25, Y=1.25, Z=.75: Utility Menu WorkPlane Offset WP by Increments 設(shè)置 X,Y,Z Offsets = 2.25, 1.25, 0.75 設(shè)置XY, YZ, ZX Angles = 0, -90, 0, 然后按 OK 或用命令: WPOFF, 2.25, 1.25, 0.75 WPROT, 0, -90, 0,6F. 實體建模:自上而下軸承座,5.創(chuàng)建直徑為0.75 英寸深度為-1.5 英寸的圓柱 : Main Menu Prepr

4、Menu Preprocessor Modeling Operate Booleans Subtract Volumes 拾取軸承座基礎(chǔ)的體 (體 1), 按 OK 拾取兩個圓柱體 (體 2 和體3), 然后按 OK 或用命令: VSBV, 1, ALL,6F. 實體建模:自上而下軸承座,8.在整體坐標(biāo)系中改變工作平面的相對位置: Utility Menu WorkPlane Align WP with Global Cartesian 或用命令: WPCSYS,-1,0 VPLOT 9.創(chuàng)建套筒托架的基礎(chǔ): Main Menu Preprocessor Modeling Create Vol
5、umes Block By 2 Corners & Z WP X = 0 WP Y = 1 Width = 1.5 Height = 1.75 Depth = 0.75, then OK 或用命令:BLC4,0,1,1.5,1.75,0.75 10.將工作平面移到套筒托架的正面: Utility Menu WorkPlane Offset WP to Keypoints + 拾取正面左角頂部的關(guān)鍵點,按 OK 或用命令: KWPAVE, 16,,6F. 實體建模:自上而下軸承座,11.創(chuàng)建套筒托架的拱: Main Menu Preprocessor Modeling Create Volume
6、s Cylinder Partial Cylinder 輸入WP X = 0 輸入WP Y = 0 輸入Rad-1 = 0 輸入Theta-1 = 0 輸入Rad-2 = 1.5 輸入Theta-2 = 90 輸入Depth = -0.75, 然后按 OK 或用命令: CYL4,0,0,0,0,1.5,90,-0.75,6F. 實體建模:自上而下軸承座,12.通過套筒托架的孔創(chuàng)建圓柱: Main Menu Preprocessor Modeling Create Volumes Cylinder Solid Cylinder WP X = 0 WP Y = 0 Radius = 1 Depth

8、14.合并相同的關(guān)鍵點: Main Menu Preprocessor Numbering Ctrls Merge Items 設(shè)置標(biāo)號 “Keypoints”,然后按 OK 或用命令: NUMMRG,KP,6F. 實體建模:自上而下軸承座,15.創(chuàng)建腹板: 15a. 在基礎(chǔ)正面頂邊的中間建立一個關(guān)鍵點: Main Menu Preprocessor Modeling Create Keypoints KP between KPs 在基礎(chǔ)上拾取兩個位于正上方拐角處的關(guān)鍵點,按 OK RATI = 0.5, 然后按OK 或用命令: KBETW,7,8,0,RATI,0.5,,1st Keypoi
9、nt,,6F. 實體建模:自上而下軸承座,1st Keypoint,2st Keypoint,15b.創(chuàng)建三角形面: Main Menu Preprocessor Modeling Create Areas Arbitrary Through KPs 在軸承座基礎(chǔ)和套筒托架基礎(chǔ)相交的位置,拾取第一個關(guān)鍵點 X=1.5 在拱表面底部和套筒托架基礎(chǔ)相交的位置,拾取第二個關(guān)鍵點 X=1.5 拾取在14a步驟中建立的位于X=1.5, Y=1, Z=3的第三個關(guān)鍵點 按Ok 或用命令: A,14,15,9,1st Keypoint,3rd Keypoint,2nd Keypoint,6F. 實體建模:自
10、上而下軸承座,15c.沿面的法線方向拉伸面: Main Menu Preprocessor Modeling Operate Extrude Areas Along Normal 拾取在步驟14b中建立的三角形面,按 OK 輸入DIST = -0.15, 然后按OK 或用命令: VOFFST,3,-0.15,6F. 實體建模:自上而下軸承座,16.組合體: Main Menu Preprocessor Modeling Operate Booleans Glue Volumes 拾取Pick All 或用命令: VGLUE,ALL 17.打開體號的顯示開關(guān),畫體: Utility Menu P
11、lotCtrls Numbering 設(shè)置 Volume numbers選項為 on, 按 OK 或用命令: /PNUM,VOLU,1 VPLOT 18.保存數(shù)據(jù)庫,退出 ANSYS: Pick the “SAVE_DB” button in the Toolbar Pick the “QUIT” button in the Toolbar 選擇 “Quit - No Save!” 按OK 或用命令: FINISH /EXIT,ALL,6F. 實體建模:自上而下軸承座,連桿,實體建模: 由下而上,說明 用由下而上建模技術(shù),建立連桿幾何模型。,6G.實體建模-由下而上連桿,1.按教師指定的工作目
12、錄,用“c-rod” 作為作業(yè)名,進入ANSYS。 2.創(chuàng)建兩個圓形面: Main Menu Preprocessor Modeling Create Areas Circle By Dimensions 輸入RAD1 = 1.4 輸入RAD2 = 1 輸入THETA1 = 0 輸入THETA2 = 180, 然后選擇Apply 輸入THETA1 = 45, 然后選擇OK 或用命令: /PREP7 PCIRC,1.4,1,0,180 PCIRC,1.4,1,45,180 3.打開 面號: Utility Menu PlotCtrls Numbering ... 設(shè)置面號為 “on”, 然后選擇
13、OK 或用命令: /PNUM,AREA,1 APLOT,6G.實體建模-由下而上連桿,4.創(chuàng)建兩個矩形面: Main Menu Preprocessor Modeling Create Areas Rectangle By Dimensions 輸入X1 = -0.3, X2 = 0.3, Y1 = 1.2, Y2 = 1.8, 然后選擇Apply 輸入X1 = -1.8, X2 = -1.2, Y1 = 0, Y2 = 0.3, 然后選擇OK 或用命令: RECTNG,-0.3,0.3,1.2,1.8 RECTNG,-1.8,-1.2,0,0.3 5.平移工作面位置(X=6.5): Util

16、后選擇Apply 第二關(guān)鍵點, X=3.25, Y=0.4, 然后選擇Apply 第三關(guān)鍵點, X=4, Y=0.33, 然后選擇Apply 第四關(guān)鍵點, X=4.75, Y=0.28, 然后選擇OK 或用命令: K, ,2.5,0.5 K, ,3.25,0.4 K, ,4.0,0.33 K, ,4.75,0.28 9.激活整體柱坐標(biāo)系: Utility Menu WorkPlane Change Active CS to Global Cylindrical 或用命令: CSYS,1,6G.實體建模-由下而上連桿,10.創(chuàng)建一條線(由一系列關(guān)鍵點擬合一條樣條曲線): Main Menu Pr
17、eprocessor Modeling Create Lines Splines With Options Spline thru KPs 順序拾取如圖形窗口所示的六個關(guān)鍵點, 然后選擇OK,,,,,,,6G.實體建模-由下而上連桿,10. (續(xù)): 輸入XV1 = 1 (總體柱坐標(biāo)系,關(guān)鍵點 1 處的半徑) YV1 = 135 (總體柱坐標(biāo)系,關(guān)鍵點 1 處的角度) XV6 = 1 (總體柱坐標(biāo)系,關(guān)鍵點 6 處的半徑) YV6 = 45 (總體柱坐標(biāo)系,關(guān)鍵點 6 處的角度) 按OK 或用命令: BSPLIN,5,6,7,21,24,22,1,135,,1,45,6G.實體建模-由下而上連
18、桿,11.通過關(guān)鍵點1和18創(chuàng)建一條直線 : Main Menu Preprocessor Modeling Create Lines Lines Straight Line 拾取圖形窗口所示的兩個關(guān)鍵點, 然后選擇OK 或用命令: LSTR, 1, 18,1st kp,2nd kp,,,6G.實體建模-由下而上連桿,12.打開線號,顯示線: Utility Menu PlotCtrls Numbering ... 設(shè)置 Line numbers為 “on”, 然后選擇OK Utility Menu Plot Lines 或用命令: /PNUM,LINE,1 LPLOT 13.以6號、1號、7
19、號、25號線為邊界創(chuàng)建一個新面: Main Menu Preprocessor Modeling Create Areas Arbitrary By Lines 拾取四條線 (6, 1, 7, 和 25), 然后選擇OK 或用命令: AL, 6, 1, 7, 25,6G.實體建模-由下而上連桿,14.放大連桿左邊部分: Use the Zoom Model Icon in the Model Control Toolbar,,6G.實體建模-由下而上連桿,15.創(chuàng)建線與線的倒角: Main Menu Preprocessor Modeling Create Lines Line Fillet
