二、國內外研究現狀簡述:
電動滾筒是一種將電動機和減速器共同置于滾動體內部的新型驅動裝置。它主要應用于固定式和移動式帶式輸送機,代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的電動機、減速器在驅動滾筒之外的分離式驅動裝置。
電動滾筒具有結構緊湊、傳動效率高、噪聲低、使用壽命長、運轉平穩(wěn)、工作可靠、密封性好、占據空間小、安裝維修方便等優(yōu)點,并適合在各種惡劣環(huán)境條件下工作,所以目前國內外已將電動滾筒廣泛應用于采礦、冶金、煤炭、交通、能源、煙草、化工、建材、郵電、航空、農林等各個生產建設領域。
1988年12月左右,我國第一臺電動機外裝式電動滾筒先后在自貢市運輸機械總廠和東風機械廠研制成功。以變速傳動軸承作為新型減速器的低速微型電動滾筒1991年在天津叉車廠總廠試制成功。
到目前為止,除我國之外世界上已有較知名氣生產電動滾筒的廠家有數十家。其中歐洲如德國有Bsuer、Baumuele、WAT、Interroll、Demag等公司。法國有Drymer、Boyer、Redex、Nervus等公司。英國有Thorite、Richard等公司。美國有Sparks公司,日本有住友商事株式會社等公司

2 國內外液壓支架差異
國產支架在制造技術、材質性能、加工工藝、控制系統(tǒng)及密封性能上與國外先進國家相比有很大差距。

液壓元件的研發(fā)速度遠遠滯后于液壓支架發(fā)展的需要。液壓支架的可靠性主要依賴于液壓元件的可靠性,液壓支架在煤礦生產中應用是否成功,關鍵在于液壓元件的技術性能是否達到要求。國外目前多采用大流量安全閥、液控單向閥、截止閥、初撐力保持閥及立柱快速回液閥。對液壓元件的結構形式、幾何尺寸、材料選擇、熱處理方法和表面處理等各方面進行了深入的研究與開發(fā)。研制出一批密封性能好、靈敏度高、進排液能力大、抗沖擊載荷強的各類液壓元件,以適應液壓支架工作性能的要求。而我國對此類液壓元件研發(fā)較為滯后,目前仍沿用上個世紀80年代的產品,沒有形成液壓元件通用化、系列化、標準化。
3 液壓支架發(fā)展前景展望
鑒于科學技術的高速發(fā)展,新技術、新工藝、新方法、新材料的不斷應用及計算機技術的空前擴展,液壓支架的未來發(fā)展具有十分誘人的前景。
3.1 設計理念的更新,液壓支架發(fā)展的一場革命
