了達到控制要求, 推進液壓系統(tǒng)要求能夠在非線性變負載工況下實現(xiàn)壓力和流量的實時控制, 并要求具有高的可靠性?;诖? 本文對推進液壓系統(tǒng)的同步協(xié)調控制作了相關仿真分析研究。
1 推進液壓系統(tǒng)集成設計

2 推進液壓系統(tǒng)多缸仿真分析
多缸機構的同步運動十分重要, 特別是在變負載的盾構設備中顯得更為突出。由于盾構工作的特殊性, 盾構刀盤開挖面前方的負載經(jīng)常發(fā)生變化, 在直線推進的情況下, 如果不采取必要的同步措施, 推進過程中盾構將偏離設定的軌道, 引起不必要的超挖或欠挖, 甚至會造成盾構設備性能低劣、失效或損壞。
造成推進系統(tǒng)中各個分組液壓缸不同步的原因有很多種, 主要有以下幾個方面:
(1) 由于流量增益不同、起始工作電流不同、線性工作區(qū)有差異, 使得在某一開度時流過比例調速閥的流量不相等, 從而導致液壓缸運動時不同步。
(2) 液壓缸承受負載不同, 掘進過程中盾構刀盤工作面的水土壓力都是隨機變化的, 因此各個分組中的液壓缸承受的負載大小也不同, 承載大的液壓缸較承載小的液壓缸運行慢。
(3) 液壓缸的制造精度有誤差, 導致液壓缸運動副摩擦力也不同; 另外, 安裝時運動副的配合間隙不同, 使得運動副摩擦力也不相等。摩擦力大的液壓缸運行相對慢。
(4) 液壓系統(tǒng)安裝時油管長度和彎頭數(shù)目的不同也會造成液壓缸沿程阻力不相等; 此外, 長時間運行也會使得液壓缸的工作特性發(fā)生變化, 這些因素也會導致各個分組中的液壓缸推進時不同步[ 5 - 6 ]。基于此, 首先對沒有采取同步控制措施的左右對稱的2#和5#推進液壓缸進行仿真分析。模擬實際推進過程中分區(qū)液壓缸所受負載不同以及液壓缸所受內摩擦力的不同。仿真中把2#液壓缸的粘性摩擦系數(shù)設為1 ×104N /m / s, 負載中的彈簧剛度設為1 ×1010 N /m;而5#液壓缸的粘性摩擦系數(shù)則設為1 ×103N /m / s, 負載中的彈簧剛度設為5 ×109N /m。圖2為采用AMESim仿真軟件搭建的推進液壓系統(tǒng)多缸仿真模型圖。

仿真時兩個液壓缸的調速輸入設為相同。圖3和圖4為兩個左右對稱液壓缸的推進壓力和推進速度仿真圖。從圖中可以看出, 由于兩個液壓缸所受負載不同, 2#液壓缸所受壓力比5#液壓缸所受壓力約大2MPa。另外, 2#液壓缸的粘性摩擦系數(shù)比5#液壓缸的粘性摩擦系數(shù)也要大, 反映在速度上也有所不同,受力大、粘性摩擦系數(shù)大的液壓缸推進速度要慢些,從圖4推進速度仿真曲線可以看出, 此時2#缸穩(wěn)定后的推進速度為36mm /min, 而5#缸穩(wěn)定后的推進速度約為39mm /min。
圖5和圖6為兩個液壓缸的位移仿真曲線和位移差仿真曲線圖。由于2#液壓缸的推進速度比5#液壓缸的推進速度要小, 隨著時間的增大, 兩個液壓缸的位移差也越來越大。從圖6可以看出, 在推進時間到達50 s時, 兩個液壓缸的推進位移差達到215mm。也就是說, 每推進1min, 就有約3mm的誤差, 這樣很容易導致實際掘進過程中盾構偏離預先設定的軌線,因此有必要采取同步控制策略。
3 推進液壓系統(tǒng)多缸同步控制仿真分析
目前常采用的液壓同步控制方法主要有兩種。一種是開環(huán)式的控制方法, 即用分流集流閥、同步缸、同步馬達等組成同步液壓回路, 其特點是原理簡單,成本低, 但精度也較低。第二種方法是用電液伺服閥或電液比例閥組成閉環(huán)控制系統(tǒng), 采用這種閉環(huán)控制方法時, “同等方式”和“主從方式”是通常采用的兩種控制策略, 采用這種控制策略有望獲得高精度的同步控制要求[ 7 ]。仿真中采用主從式同步控制, 把2#液壓缸作為主液壓缸, 5#液壓缸作為從液壓缸。以2#液壓缸的輸出為理想輸出, 5#液壓缸受到控制來跟蹤這一選定的理想輸出并達到同步驅動。
圖7為推進液壓系統(tǒng)多缸同步仿真AMESim 模型, 圖8則為采用Simulink構建的推進液壓系統(tǒng)多缸同步仿真控制模型。仿真中所取參數(shù)與沒有采取同步控制時相同, 并且兩個液壓缸的調速輸入均相同。由于設定中所受負載以及液壓缸的粘性摩擦系數(shù)不同, 導致推進過程中液壓缸的推進速度和推進位移不同。此時, 把2# 和5# 兩個液壓缸的位移輸入到AMESim的S函數(shù)中, 然后通過輸出接口在Simulink中搭建控制模型進行仿真。仿真中把兩缸的位移差與設定的位移進行比較, 所得的位移差信號反饋到調速設定值上, 進行補償來達到同步控制。
圖9和圖10為采用同步控制的液壓缸推進壓力和推進速度仿真曲線圖。從圖中可以看出, 兩個液壓缸所受壓力與圖3沒有采用同步控制措施的推進壓力曲線相比, 兩者沒有發(fā)生變化。但從圖10可以看出,此時主從兩個液壓缸的推進速度基本重合, 穩(wěn)定后的推進速度均為36mm /min。
圖11和圖12為兩個液壓缸的位移仿真曲線和位移差仿真曲線圖。由于2#液壓缸的推進速度和5#液壓缸的推進速度相同, 因此兩個液壓缸的推進位移很接近。從圖12可以看出, 兩個液壓缸的推進位移差只有01025mm, 完全滿足控制要求。
4 結論
本文對推進液壓系統(tǒng)的多缸推進進行了仿真分析, 比較了沒有采用同步控制和采用了同步控制這兩種情況下的仿真結果。仿真結果表明采用主從式同步控制策略能較好地實現(xiàn)推進系統(tǒng)的同步協(xié)調運動, 液壓缸的同步精度可控制在±1mm之間, 為實際盾構同步推進提供了參考依據(jù)。
