(1)自上交開題報(bào)告之后,針對(duì)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)所要研究的內(nèi)容,展開了一系列的工作:
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)的題目為某型轎車制動(dòng)器的設(shè)計(jì)與分析,在設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算過程中運(yùn)用到了我們車輛工程專業(yè)所學(xué)過課程中的汽車構(gòu)造與原理、汽車設(shè)計(jì)、汽車?yán)碚摰葧械膶I(yè)知識(shí),查找與論文所研究的內(nèi)容相關(guān)的設(shè)計(jì)、文章或者其他前人所做的研究,并在圖書館中翻閱了一部分書籍。我首先對(duì)制動(dòng)器的結(jié)構(gòu)形式做出了一定了解,并分析其優(yōu)缺點(diǎn),然后根據(jù)所給出的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)合所學(xué)知識(shí)開始計(jì)算該車型制動(dòng)系統(tǒng)制動(dòng)力及制動(dòng)器最大制動(dòng)力矩、制動(dòng)器的結(jié)構(gòu)形式及選擇、制動(dòng)器主要參數(shù)的計(jì)算與確定、制動(dòng)力矩的計(jì)算與校核等等。因?yàn)槲覀円呀?jīng)在開題報(bào)告中列出了計(jì)劃,根據(jù)已經(jīng)得到的數(shù)據(jù),按部就班地完成論設(shè)計(jì),在設(shè)計(jì)的過程中要不斷地對(duì)內(nèi)容加以補(bǔ)充和修改,更要適時(shí)的表達(dá)自己的觀點(diǎn),使論文結(jié)構(gòu)立體化。

(1) 目前存在的問題:
1、由于專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)不夠扎實(shí),設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)欠缺,參考資料收集不夠全面,設(shè)計(jì)主題思路還不是很清晰,對(duì)于有些簡(jiǎn)單的問題解決的不夠精準(zhǔn),同時(shí)欠缺仿真軟件的支持,無法確定其設(shè)計(jì)效果。并且有較多的相關(guān)知識(shí)綜合運(yùn)用,在設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算過程中,運(yùn)用不是很熟練,計(jì)算過程不是很順利,需要對(duì)欠缺的知識(shí)補(bǔ)習(xí),彌補(bǔ)不足。?
2、由于涉及汽車專業(yè)知識(shí),在設(shè)計(jì)過程中,需要補(bǔ)充對(duì)汽車基礎(chǔ)理論知識(shí)的學(xué)習(xí),這占用了一部分時(shí)間和精力。?
3、用AutoCAD進(jìn)行繪圖時(shí),軟件操作不是很熟練,畫圖速度緩慢,需要在平時(shí)多加練習(xí)。
