2、車間平面圖一張;
(二)設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容及要求:
1、查閱有關(guān)參考文獻(xiàn),按要求寫出開題報(bào)告;
2、對國內(nèi)外潤滑油小包裝生產(chǎn)線情況進(jìn)行綜述;
3、確定整個(gè)小包裝生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)計(jì)方案,并繪制布置方案圖;
4、對設(shè)計(jì)方案中所提出的輸送機(jī)、下滑梯及其他動(dòng)力元件進(jìn)行選擇、論證及設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,并繪制輸送機(jī)及傳送帶的裝配圖與零件圖若干張;
5、確定具體控制方案,對檢測裝置元件與控制裝置元件進(jìn)行選擇、論證及設(shè)計(jì);
6、繪制電路控制系統(tǒng)圖(外部接線圖和梯形圖);
7、編寫設(shè)計(jì)說明書(不少于3萬字,有英文摘要,計(jì)算機(jī)打印輸出);
8、翻譯專業(yè)文獻(xiàn)(不少于5000英文單詞)。

摘要
目前,我國包裝行業(yè)的企業(yè)所有制構(gòu)成有了很明顯的變化,民間投資不斷活躍并成了這個(gè)領(lǐng)域的一個(gè)亮點(diǎn)。在包裝行業(yè),小包裝生產(chǎn)由于其方便化、體積小、包裝容易等優(yōu)點(diǎn)已經(jīng)逐漸成為包裝行業(yè)的主流。因此,對小包裝生產(chǎn)線的研究,滿足了當(dāng)前社會(huì)需要,并成為一個(gè)有意義的課題。
本自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線的設(shè)計(jì)是由罐裝機(jī),熱封機(jī)、噴碼機(jī)、包裝機(jī)、輸送機(jī)等組成。在本設(shè)計(jì)中我們重點(diǎn)解決了三種輸送系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算和選擇問題。并通過對輸送系統(tǒng)的認(rèn)識,在不同的輸送段根據(jù)其自身特點(diǎn)進(jìn)行選擇使用。在控制方案上,我們選擇了使用PLC控制,提出了滑梯口閘門的控制方案,雙線匯合處閘門的控制方案、電機(jī)的啟動(dòng)和控制方案等。在本文的后面部分中,還提出了檢測設(shè)備的選擇及生產(chǎn)線設(shè)備的安裝、常見故障和維護(hù)等方法。

Abstract
At present, packing profession enterprise system of ownership constitution has obvious change in our country, the folk investment actively has become a spot in the zone. In packing profession, the merits of small packing production, such as convenience, small volume, easy packing and so on, gradually become the mainstream of the packing profession. Therefore, the research of the small packing production line satisfies the current social need, and becomes a significant topic.
This design is constitute of packed machine by the bottle, hot machine, spray code machine, packer and transport machine and etc. The point resolved this automatic production line in this text is the transport project choice, the transport equipments choice. the way choice with it related design calculation and etc. Be controling the project select to choose the PLC control, put forward the slide the control of the gateway, double the line remit to match a start of control, electrical engineering of gateway and control and some solve methods. Also put forward an examination the choice of the equipments and the gearing of the production line equipments, familiar methods such as breakdown and maintenance etcs in the textual behind the part.

自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線,是人們通過自動(dòng)輸送及其他一些輔助裝置按工藝順序?qū)⒏鞣N機(jī)械加工裝置連成一體,并通過液壓系統(tǒng)、氣壓系統(tǒng)和電氣控制系統(tǒng)將各個(gè)部分動(dòng)作聯(lián)系起來,使其按照規(guī)定的程序自動(dòng)地進(jìn)行工作的機(jī)械裝置系統(tǒng)。在現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中,隨著科學(xué)技術(shù)的迅速發(fā)展,國內(nèi)外的自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)技術(shù)在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)中得到越來越廣泛的應(yīng)用。在機(jī)械制造、電子等行業(yè)已經(jīng)設(shè)計(jì)和制造出大量類型各異的自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線。自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線的使用,對于提高勞動(dòng)生產(chǎn)率和產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量、改善工人勞動(dòng)條件、降低能源消耗、節(jié)約材料等方面都取得了顯著的成效。自動(dòng)生產(chǎn)線具有統(tǒng)一的自動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng),有較高的行動(dòng)化程度,還具有比流水線更為嚴(yán)格的生產(chǎn)節(jié)奏,工件必需以一定的生產(chǎn)節(jié)拍經(jīng)過各個(gè)工位完成預(yù)定的加工。

通過本設(shè)計(jì),使學(xué)生熟悉設(shè)計(jì)過程,了解設(shè)計(jì)步驟,掌握設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容,達(dá)到培養(yǎng)學(xué)生工程繪圖和編寫設(shè)計(jì)說明書能力的目的,為使學(xué)生今后從事相關(guān)方面的實(shí)際工作打下良好基礎(chǔ)。
