3、廣泛的應(yīng)用于機(jī)械加工行 業(yè)。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展以及對(duì)國(guó)外先機(jī)技術(shù)的學(xué)習(xí)和引進(jìn)，中國(guó)的車床行業(yè)在世界上起到了舉足輕重的作用。 主軸箱是車床中重要的組成部分，整個(gè)車床的動(dòng)力傳動(dòng)就是由它控制的。主軸箱直接影響著車床的工作效率，由此可知主軸箱的重要程度。本設(shè)計(jì)是主要針對(duì) CA6140 車床主軸箱的設(shè)計(jì)，車床主軸箱是一個(gè)比較復(fù)雜的傳動(dòng)部件。根據(jù)當(dāng)前實(shí)際情況，考慮到經(jīng)濟(jì)性和效率性等相關(guān)因素，對(duì)車床主軸箱進(jìn)行合理構(gòu)思構(gòu)想 , 最終完成對(duì)車床主軸箱的設(shè)計(jì)。 設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容主要有參數(shù)的確定，擬定傳動(dòng)與變速的結(jié)構(gòu)方案和傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)圖，傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)，傳動(dòng)件的估算和校核，各部件結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和主軸組件的校核幾
