這次的畢業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)為期半個(gè)月,是我們參與實(shí)踐活動(dòng)的很重要的一部分,在這半個(gè)月的實(shí)習(xí)中學(xué)到了很多在課堂沒(méi)學(xué)到的知識(shí),受益匪淺。
一、實(shí)習(xí)目的
實(shí)習(xí)是我們機(jī)自專業(yè)知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)中不可缺少的組成部分,并作為一個(gè)獨(dú)立的項(xiàng)目列入專業(yè)教學(xué)計(jì)劃中的。其目的在于通過(guò)實(shí)習(xí)使學(xué)生獲得基本生產(chǎn)的感性知識(shí),理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際,擴(kuò)大知識(shí)面;同時(shí)專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)又是鍛煉和培養(yǎng)學(xué)生業(yè)務(wù)能力及素質(zhì)的重要渠道,培養(yǎng)當(dāng)代大學(xué)生具有吃苦耐勞的精神,也是學(xué)生接觸社會(huì)、了解產(chǎn)業(yè)狀況、了解國(guó)情的一個(gè)重要途徑,逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)由學(xué)生到社會(huì)的轉(zhuǎn)變,培養(yǎng)我們初步擔(dān)任技術(shù)工作的能力、初步了解企業(yè)管理的基本方法和技能;體驗(yàn)企業(yè)工作的內(nèi)容和方法。這些實(shí)際知識(shí),對(duì)我們學(xué)習(xí)后面的課程乃至以后的工作,都是十分必要的基礎(chǔ)。總之,機(jī)械自動(dòng)化專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)的目的可以總結(jié)為以下幾點(diǎn):
1、具體地感受和了解機(jī)械自動(dòng)化專業(yè)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域、相關(guān)行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài),以達(dá)到對(duì)機(jī)械自動(dòng)化專業(yè)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域和相關(guān)行業(yè)形成較為系統(tǒng)、全面和真切的認(rèn)識(shí)。
2、具體地感受和了解目前機(jī)械自動(dòng)化行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì),了解自動(dòng)化在工業(yè)生產(chǎn)和國(guó)防建設(shè)中的作用和應(yīng)用現(xiàn)狀。
3、具體地感受和了解機(jī)械自動(dòng)化專業(yè)所涉及而在校內(nèi)又缺乏直接認(rèn)知機(jī)會(huì)的特殊環(huán)境、特殊設(shè)備和特殊工藝流程等,并在實(shí)習(xí)中獲得初步的職業(yè)體驗(yàn)。
4、專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)培養(yǎng)我們理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的良好學(xué)風(fēng),提高我們應(yīng)用所學(xué)知識(shí)在實(shí)踐中發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題、分析問(wèn)題和解決問(wèn)題的能力,進(jìn)行專業(yè)素質(zhì)的綜合訓(xùn)練。
5、專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)有利于砥礪品節(jié),陶冶情操,提高組織、管理、交際、表達(dá)等諸方面的能力。
機(jī)械自動(dòng)化專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí),一方面是要求我們對(duì)前三年學(xué)習(xí)的專業(yè)基礎(chǔ)課和專業(yè)主干課有一個(gè)復(fù)習(xí)和鞏固。另一方面要求我們對(duì)自動(dòng)化的實(shí)際應(yīng)用環(huán)境,工業(yè)流程等有一個(gè)初步的認(rèn)識(shí),并為后面的畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)準(zhǔn)備一些相關(guān)實(shí)際經(jīng)驗(yàn)。
二、實(shí)習(xí)主要內(nèi)容:
? 我們專業(yè)的實(shí)習(xí)是在大四進(jìn)行的,專業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)為期兩周,浙江先行集團(tuán)實(shí)習(xí)。根據(jù)安排,在先行集團(tuán)實(shí)習(xí)主要內(nèi)容是參觀生產(chǎn)車間和聽(tīng)報(bào)告。間的具體日程安排和實(shí)習(xí)內(nèi)容如下:
2008年2月28日,進(jìn)行安全教育。
2008年3月2日, 參觀車間。
2008年3月7日, 聽(tīng)講座。
2008年3月11日,參觀研發(fā)中心和車間技術(shù)科。
1.公司簡(jiǎn)介:
先行集團(tuán)是開(kāi)發(fā)研制、生產(chǎn)制造輕工機(jī)械和紡織機(jī)械的專業(yè)公司,創(chuàng)建于五十年代,設(shè)備先進(jìn)齊全,技術(shù)力量雄厚,是全國(guó)獨(dú)家生產(chǎn)成套皮輥皮圈加工設(shè)備的企業(yè),產(chǎn)品遠(yuǎn)銷全國(guó)各地。
公司宗旨: 質(zhì)量第一、用戶至上、售后永久性服務(wù)為準(zhǔn)則、信守合同、代辦托運(yùn)。
2.進(jìn)入生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)前的安全教育
2008年2月28日,這是我們來(lái)到公司實(shí)習(xí)的第一天,安全教育自然成為了我們的第一課。安全作為一個(gè)大家經(jīng)常看到的字眼,當(dāng)然也就不陌生了。然而,也就是因?yàn)閷?duì)它的疏忽,無(wú)數(shù)的人曾為它流血。因此不管是一個(gè)老員工,還是新員工,進(jìn)行安全教育,提高安全意識(shí),加強(qiáng)安全生產(chǎn)觀念是必不可少的,何況我們還是一些在校學(xué)生呢。安全科的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)親臨現(xiàn)場(chǎng)為我們上了第一節(jié)課。講述了現(xiàn)場(chǎng)安全的一些相關(guān)知識(shí)和注意問(wèn)題:進(jìn)入生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)必須加戴安全帽;只能在規(guī)定安全區(qū)域內(nèi)活動(dòng);未得現(xiàn)場(chǎng)工程師傅的允許不能隨意操作現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的開(kāi)關(guān)按鈕或其他一些相關(guān)的生產(chǎn)設(shè)備;不得在生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)嬉戲打鬧。生產(chǎn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的安全規(guī)章制度是用血的教訓(xùn)寫(xiě)成的。進(jìn)入現(xiàn)場(chǎng)就必須遵守相關(guān)的規(guī)定。多數(shù)
三、總結(jié)
為期半個(gè)月的實(shí)習(xí)結(jié)束了,在這個(gè)期間熟悉實(shí)踐了生產(chǎn)的每個(gè)工藝流程,并在工廠技術(shù)人員的帶領(lǐng)下看到了很多也學(xué)到了很多。讓我對(duì)原先在課本上許多不很明白的東西在實(shí)踐觀察中有了新的領(lǐng)悟和認(rèn)識(shí)。通過(guò)實(shí)習(xí)過(guò)程見(jiàn)習(xí)產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)、生產(chǎn)及開(kāi)發(fā)等環(huán)節(jié),初步培養(yǎng)我們得知識(shí)運(yùn)用能力。概括起來(lái)有以下幾方面:
1.了解了當(dāng)代機(jī)械工業(yè)的發(fā)展概況,生產(chǎn)目的、生產(chǎn)程序及產(chǎn)品供求情況。
2.了解了機(jī)械產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)方法和技術(shù)路線的選擇,工藝條件的確定以及流程的編制規(guī)則。
3.了解了機(jī)械產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、技術(shù)規(guī)格、包裝和使用要求。
4.在企業(yè)員工的指導(dǎo)下,見(jiàn)習(xí)生產(chǎn)流程及技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)環(huán)節(jié),鍛煉自己觀察能力及知識(shí)運(yùn)用能力。
5.社會(huì)工作能力得到了相應(yīng)的提高,在實(shí)習(xí)過(guò)程中,我們不僅從企業(yè)職工身上學(xué)到了知識(shí)和技能,更使我們學(xué)會(huì)了企業(yè)中科學(xué)的管理方式和他們的敬業(yè)精神。感到了生活的充實(shí)和學(xué)習(xí)的快樂(lè),以及獲得知識(shí)的滿足。真正的接觸了社會(huì),使我們消除了走向社會(huì)的恐懼心里,使我們對(duì)未來(lái)充滿了信心,以良好的心態(tài)去面對(duì)社會(huì)。同時(shí),也使我們體驗(yàn)到了工作的艱辛,了解了當(dāng)前社會(huì)大學(xué)生所面臨的嚴(yán)峻問(wèn)題,促使自己努力學(xué)習(xí)更多的知識(shí),為自己今后的工作奠定良好的基礎(chǔ)。
通過(guò)這段時(shí)間的實(shí)習(xí),總結(jié)了以下幾點(diǎn)注意事項(xiàng):。
1、自主學(xué)習(xí)
工作后不再象在學(xué)校里學(xué)習(xí)那樣,有老師,有作業(yè),有考試,而是一切要自己主動(dòng)去學(xué)去做。只要你想學(xué)習(xí),學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)還是很多的,老員工們從不吝惜自己的經(jīng)驗(yàn)來(lái)指導(dǎo)你工作,讓你少走彎路;集團(tuán)公司、公司內(nèi)部有各種各樣的培訓(xùn)來(lái)提高自己,你所要作的只是甄別哪些是你需要了解的,哪些是你感興趣的。
2、積極進(jìn)取的工作態(tài)度
在工作中,你不只為公司創(chuàng)造了效益,同時(shí)也提高了自己,象我這樣沒(méi)有工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)的新人,更需要通過(guò)多做事情來(lái)積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)。特別是現(xiàn)在實(shí)習(xí)工作并不象正式員工那樣有明確的工作范圍,如果工作態(tài)度不夠積極就可能沒(méi)有事情做,所以平時(shí)就更需要主動(dòng)爭(zhēng)取多做事,這樣才能多積累多提高。
3、團(tuán)隊(duì)精神
工作往往不是一個(gè)人的事情,是一個(gè)團(tuán)隊(duì)在完成一個(gè)項(xiàng)目,在工作的過(guò)程中如何去保持和團(tuán)隊(duì)中其他同事的交流和溝通也是相當(dāng)重要的。一位資深人力資源專家曾對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)精神的能力要求有這樣的觀點(diǎn):要有與別人溝通、交流的能力以及與人合作的能力。合理的分工可以使大家在工作中各盡所長(zhǎng),團(tuán)結(jié)合作,配合默契,共赴成功。個(gè)人要想成功及獲得好的業(yè)績(jī),必須牢記一個(gè)規(guī)則:我們永遠(yuǎn)不能將個(gè)人利益凌駕于團(tuán)隊(duì)利益之上,在團(tuán)隊(duì)工作中,會(huì)出現(xiàn)在自己的協(xié)助下同時(shí)也從中受益的情況,反過(guò)來(lái)看,自己本身受益其中,這是保證自己成功的最重要的因素之一。
4、基本禮儀
步入社會(huì)就需要了解基本禮儀,而這往往是原來(lái)作為學(xué)生不大重視的,無(wú)論是著裝還是待人接物,都應(yīng)該合乎禮儀,才不會(huì)影響工作的正常進(jìn)行。這就需要平時(shí)多學(xué)習(xí),比如注意其他人的做法或向?qū)<艺?qǐng)教。
5、為人處事
作為學(xué)生面對(duì)的無(wú)非是同學(xué)、老師、家長(zhǎng),而工作后就要面對(duì)更為復(fù)雜的關(guān)系。無(wú)論是和領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、同事還是客戶接觸,都要做到妥善處理,要多溝通,并要設(shè)身處地從對(duì)方角度換位思考,而不是只是考慮自己的事。
最后,我至少還有以下問(wèn)題需要解決。
1、缺乏工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)
因?yàn)樽约喝狈?jīng)驗(yàn),很多問(wèn)題而不能分清主次,還有些培訓(xùn)或是學(xué)習(xí)不能找到重點(diǎn),隨著實(shí)習(xí)工作的進(jìn)行,我想我會(huì)逐漸積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)的。
2、工作態(tài)度仍不夠積極
在工作中僅僅能夠完成布置的工作,在沒(méi)有工作任務(wù)時(shí)雖能主動(dòng)要求布置工作,但若沒(méi)有工作做時(shí)可能就會(huì)松懈,不能做到主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí),這主要還是因?yàn)閼卸柙谧鞴?,在今后我要努力克服惰性,沒(méi)有工作任務(wù)時(shí)主動(dòng)要求布置工作,沒(méi)有布置工作時(shí)作到自主學(xué)習(xí)。
3、工作時(shí)仍需追求完美
在工作中,不允許絲毫的馬虎,嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)認(rèn)真是時(shí)刻要牢記的。
4、學(xué)術(shù)上不夠鉆研
這是由工作性質(zhì)決定的,也是我自己選擇的,因?yàn)樵谖铱磥?lái),只有被市場(chǎng)認(rèn)可的技術(shù)才有價(jià)值,同時(shí)我也認(rèn)為自己更適合做與人溝通的工作。但我畢竟是碩士研究生,需要作一些技術(shù)的研究工作,這就需要我個(gè)人多關(guān)注科研的最新進(jìn)展,同時(shí),這也對(duì)我的工作有促進(jìn)作用。
以上是我對(duì)實(shí)習(xí)工作的總結(jié),總結(jié)是為了尋找差距、修訂目標(biāo),是為了今后更好的提高。通過(guò)不斷的總結(jié),不斷的提高,我有信心在未來(lái)的工作中更好的完成任務(wù)。
實(shí)習(xí)心得與體會(huì)
兩個(gè)星期的實(shí)習(xí)里,我不僅對(duì)機(jī)械自動(dòng)化專業(yè)相關(guān)領(lǐng)域、相關(guān)行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展動(dòng)態(tài)有了全新的認(rèn)識(shí)和了解,同時(shí)也鞏固了我在前三年所學(xué)的自動(dòng)化專業(yè)知識(shí)。總之,這次實(shí)習(xí)是愉快而美麗的。它必將對(duì)我在以后自動(dòng)化的應(yīng)用和學(xué)習(xí)中產(chǎn)生深遠(yuǎn)的影響。本次實(shí)習(xí)使我再次親身感受了所學(xué)知識(shí)與實(shí)際的應(yīng)用,理論與實(shí)際的相結(jié)合,讓我大開(kāi)眼界,也算是對(duì)以前所學(xué)知識(shí)的一個(gè)初審吧!同時(shí)這次實(shí)習(xí)又是鍛煉和培養(yǎng)我們能力及素質(zhì)的重要渠道,培養(yǎng)具有吃苦耐勞的精神,也是我們接觸社會(huì)、了解產(chǎn)業(yè)狀況、了解國(guó)情的一個(gè)重要途徑,逐步實(shí)現(xiàn)由學(xué)生到社會(huì)的轉(zhuǎn)變,培養(yǎng)我們初步擔(dān)任技術(shù)工作的能力、初步了解企業(yè)管理的基本方法和技能;體驗(yàn)企業(yè)工作的內(nèi)容和方法。因此這次畢業(yè)實(shí)習(xí)對(duì)于我們以后學(xué)習(xí)、找工作也真是受益菲淺。在短短的兩個(gè)星期中,把我們與工廠的距離拉的更近了,也讓我們初步的認(rèn)識(shí)了這個(gè)社會(huì),提高了我們對(duì)未來(lái)的自信心,對(duì)于以后做人所應(yīng)把握的方向也有所啟發(fā)!

一、 課題的來(lái)源、目的意義(包括應(yīng)用前景)、國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀及水平
課題是以JT-SA808G型雙頭套皮輥機(jī)為依據(jù),通過(guò)分析對(duì)其機(jī)身質(zhì)量、體積和傳動(dòng)方面進(jìn)行改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì),設(shè)計(jì)出體積小、重量輕、操作靈活、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單合理、維修方便、生產(chǎn)率和作業(yè)質(zhì)量高的雙頭套皮輥機(jī)。
根據(jù)實(shí)際工作需要對(duì)雙頭套皮輥機(jī)的要求,其主要已知條件有:采用JT—SA808G型機(jī)械式雙頭套皮輥機(jī),JT—SA808G型雙頭套皮輥機(jī)主要由定位滑塊、上頂頭、滑桿、皮輥定位架、傳動(dòng)橫臂、絲桿、蝸輪、蝸桿、滑動(dòng)座臂、絲桿螺母、機(jī)架等組成。JT—SA808G型雙頭套皮輥機(jī)為立式,機(jī)械蝸輪、蝸桿傳動(dòng),其操作簡(jiǎn)便,能適應(yīng)棉紡廠的精梳機(jī)、粗紗和細(xì)紗機(jī)、并條機(jī)、條卷機(jī)等紡織設(shè)備使用的各種規(guī)格丁氰皮輥的套入和壓出。
目前在國(guó)內(nèi)外JT—SA808G型機(jī)械雙頭套皮輥機(jī)主要為立式,采用機(jī)械蝸輪—蝸桿傳動(dòng),其操作簡(jiǎn)便,能適應(yīng)棉紡廠的精梳機(jī)、粗紗和細(xì)紗機(jī)、并條機(jī)、條卷機(jī)等紡織設(shè)備使用的各種規(guī)格丁氰皮輥的套入和壓出。目前國(guó)內(nèi)外主要采用蝸輪—蝸桿傳動(dòng)的原因是:1、其傳動(dòng)比比其他形式傳動(dòng)大,傳遞動(dòng)力大,一般傳動(dòng)比在8到100之間;2、蝸桿傳動(dòng)相當(dāng)于螺旋傳動(dòng),為多齒嚙合,故傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn),振動(dòng)小,噪音低;3、蝸桿在導(dǎo)程角小于當(dāng)量摩擦角時(shí),可實(shí)現(xiàn)反向自鎖,即具有自鎖性。
套皮輥機(jī)結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,目前國(guó)內(nèi)外的套皮輥機(jī)主要不同的地方有傳動(dòng)方式不同、傳遞導(dǎo)軌不同等。在傳動(dòng)方式上主要有機(jī)械式和液壓式兩種。液壓式套皮輥機(jī)采用液壓泵、閥實(shí)現(xiàn)液壓傳動(dòng),其主要特點(diǎn)有:結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,傳遞功率大,結(jié)構(gòu)小、有利于節(jié)省材料,傳動(dòng)控制靈敏度高等。機(jī)械式套皮輥機(jī)除了有蝸輪—蝸桿傳動(dòng)外還有絲桿傳動(dòng),絲桿傳動(dòng)一般大都采用螺紋絲桿,其也是螺旋傳動(dòng),在利用絲桿傳動(dòng)同時(shí),大都采用調(diào)整絲桿間隙的措施。在傳動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌上,一般都采用熱扎等邊角鋼來(lái)作為導(dǎo)軌,其結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,并且能夠滿足傳動(dòng)要求,其它導(dǎo)軌還有:1、矩形導(dǎo)軌,其承載能力大,導(dǎo)軌垂直和水平方向誤差相互沒(méi)有影響,制造與維修方便,但側(cè)面存在誤差,影響導(dǎo)向精度,適應(yīng)于載荷較大、導(dǎo)向精度要求不太高的場(chǎng)合;2、三角形導(dǎo)軌,支承件導(dǎo)軌為凸形時(shí),稱為山形導(dǎo)軌,反之稱為V形導(dǎo)軌,這種導(dǎo)軌在磨損后,能自行補(bǔ)償磨損量,不產(chǎn)生間隙,導(dǎo)向精度較好,但垂直與水平方向的誤差相互影響,制造與維修困難;3、燕尾形導(dǎo)軌,其高度尺寸較小,結(jié)果緊湊,能承受顛覆力矩。目前國(guó)內(nèi)外套皮輥機(jī)上的導(dǎo)軌所用的形式主要就是以上幾種形式。同時(shí)也要采用調(diào)整導(dǎo)軌間隙的裝置,在調(diào)整間隙的裝置上,目前國(guó)內(nèi)外主要有:1、壓板,壓板用螺釘緊固在運(yùn)動(dòng)部件上,可用刮研、墊片或平鑲條來(lái)調(diào)整間隙;2、鑲條,鑲條有平鑲、楔形鑲條和壓板鑲條等。大多數(shù)機(jī)械式皮輥機(jī)在傳動(dòng)上都設(shè)計(jì)有傳動(dòng)箱,傳動(dòng)箱是簡(jiǎn)化了的傳動(dòng)減速器,傳動(dòng)箱的設(shè)計(jì)都要求結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,滿足傳動(dòng)要求,節(jié)約成本等。
二、 課題研究的主要內(nèi)容、研究方法或工程技術(shù)方案和準(zhǔn)備采取的措施
機(jī)械式雙頭套皮輥機(jī)設(shè)計(jì),主要是完成整臺(tái)機(jī)器的生產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì),套皮輥機(jī)是紡織行業(yè)常用的機(jī)械,用來(lái)完成紡織皮輥的套入和壓出,是棉紡織行業(yè)的必備配套設(shè)備。所設(shè)計(jì)的套皮輥機(jī)靠傳統(tǒng)機(jī)械方式傳動(dòng)(例如蝸輪-蝸桿傳動(dòng)),為了提高生產(chǎn)效率,套皮輥機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)成雙頭套皮輥機(jī),能同時(shí)完成兩個(gè)皮輥的壓入、套出。
機(jī)械式雙頭套皮輥機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)的技術(shù)線路主要是根據(jù)皮輥的技術(shù)參數(shù),皮輥的壓入、套出參數(shù)(如壓力、運(yùn)動(dòng)速度,功率等)來(lái)確定選擇電機(jī),進(jìn)而選擇傳動(dòng)形式(如蝸輪—蝸桿傳動(dòng)),計(jì)算傳動(dòng)件參數(shù),設(shè)計(jì)傳動(dòng)箱體。同時(shí)在設(shè)計(jì)傳動(dòng)箱體是考慮整臺(tái)輥機(jī)的體積大小,使傳動(dòng)箱的大小與整機(jī)體的大小協(xié)調(diào)一致。傳動(dòng)箱設(shè)計(jì)完成后根據(jù)實(shí)際要求設(shè)計(jì)整機(jī)體。在設(shè)計(jì)整機(jī)體時(shí)主要考慮機(jī)體采用何種結(jié)構(gòu),(如鑄體式、角鋼式、焊接式等),其次考慮采用導(dǎo)軌的形式以及傳動(dòng)件的結(jié)構(gòu),在考慮機(jī)體設(shè)計(jì)的時(shí)候要考慮導(dǎo)軌、傳動(dòng)件、運(yùn)動(dòng)件等部件的固定等。完成總體機(jī)體的設(shè)計(jì)、導(dǎo)軌、傳動(dòng)件、運(yùn)動(dòng)件的設(shè)計(jì)固定后,考慮各部件的密封要求及密封措施,考慮導(dǎo)軌、傳動(dòng)件、運(yùn)動(dòng)件的 間隙調(diào)整等問(wèn)題。再次,考慮電機(jī)的固定與距離調(diào)整問(wèn)題,設(shè)計(jì)電機(jī)固定板、滑動(dòng)導(dǎo)軌以及旋轉(zhuǎn)件等。接下來(lái)考慮電路板、電氣線路的設(shè)計(jì)。最后作總體設(shè)計(jì)、修改,主要使機(jī)體結(jié)構(gòu)合理,造型美觀。
第一步:結(jié)合我的課題查閱相關(guān)的資料
我將在學(xué)校及公司資料室借閱大量與之有關(guān)的資料。來(lái)吸收相關(guān)的知識(shí)。利用當(dāng)今網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源廣泛收集有用的資料。通過(guò)社會(huì)調(diào)查和人際交往來(lái)獲得有關(guān)信息。
第二步:信息整理通過(guò)第一步的準(zhǔn)備。我將收集到大量而無(wú)序的信息。在這個(gè)階段我將篩選和整理有用信息,使之系統(tǒng)法。
第三步:方案制訂與分析在這個(gè)階段我將根據(jù)需要和我查的有關(guān)資料來(lái)制訂幾套原理方案。并通過(guò)驗(yàn)證對(duì)比選取最佳方案確定下來(lái)。
第四步:完成機(jī)械式皮輥機(jī)的各種傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì)。
第五步:實(shí)驗(yàn)總結(jié),論文寫(xiě)作。
通過(guò)以上工作。裝置制作完成。最后將通過(guò)論文發(fā)布我的設(shè)計(jì)情況。

內(nèi)容提要
本設(shè)計(jì)針對(duì)機(jī)械式雙頭套皮輥機(jī)進(jìn)行研究,它的目的主要是完成整臺(tái)機(jī)器的生產(chǎn),提高生產(chǎn)效率,可以同時(shí)完成多個(gè)皮輥的壓入和套出。可以將皮輥機(jī)做成雙套頂頭和定位架供工人操作,它的工作原理是由電機(jī)帶動(dòng)蝸輪、蝸桿轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng),使絲桿升降、帶動(dòng)橫臂升降,從而使滑桿上下移動(dòng),實(shí)現(xiàn)皮輥的套入、壓出。采用這個(gè)可以大大降低工作人員的勞動(dòng)負(fù)荷。皮輥機(jī)主要通過(guò)帶傳動(dòng)、齒輪傳動(dòng)、蝸桿蝸輪傳動(dòng)和絲桿傳動(dòng)來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)傳動(dòng)。并完成了傳動(dòng)箱的箱體、傳動(dòng)箱附件、絲桿及搖臂的設(shè)計(jì)。本設(shè)計(jì)以JT-SA808G型機(jī)械式雙頭套皮輥機(jī)為例。

Summary
With study of the double-headed sets of mechanical Paper roll, its main purpose is to complete the production of whole machine, to improve the efficiency of production, to complete embed and extrusion of the multi-paper rolls. Paper roll machine can be made into double sets of pinnacle and frame for workers to operate, its working principle, is motor driven by the worm, the worm running, the screw movements driven arm movements, made slider to move up or down, which can made the Paper Roll embed or extrude. This can greatly reduce the use of staff work. The Paper roll to achieve transmission mainly by the belt drive, gear drive, worm wheel drive and the screw worm drive. Finish the design of transmission trunk body, the transmission trunk accessory , the lever and the cranking arm. This design take the JT-SA808G mechanical type double headgear top roller machine as an example.
The mechanical type double headgear top roller machine design's technical line is mainly according to top roller's technical parameter, the top roller presses, draws out the parameter to determine the choice electrical machinery, then choice transmission form, if the worm gear - worm bearing adjuster design, the computation passes on the moving parts parameter, and designs the gearbox body. Meanwhile in the design gearbox body is considered that the entire table roll machine volume size, causes gearbox's size with the complete machine body's size coordination. After the gearbox design completes, acts according to the actual request design complete machine body. When designs the complete machine body main consideration organism uses what kind of structure, next considered that uses guide rail's form as well as passes on the moving parts the structure, in consideration body design time must consider that the guide rail, the biography moving parts, transport parts fixedly and so on moving parts and so on. After completing overall organism the design, the guide rail, the biography moving parts, transport the moving parts fixedly the design, considered that various parts' seal requests and seals the measure, considered that the guide rail, the biography moving parts, transport moving parts questions and so on gap adjustment. Finally makes the system design, mainly causes the body structure to be reasonable, the handsome appearance, and has certain economic efficiency and the social efficiency.

The product design is the plan for the product and its components and subassemblies.To convert the product design into a physical entity ,a manufacturing plan is needed .The activity of developing such a plan is called process planning .It is the link between product design and manufacturing .Process planning involves determining the sequence of processing and assembly steps that must be accomplished to make the product .In the present chapter ,we examine processing planning and several related topics.
At the outset ,we should distinguish between process planning and production planning ,which is covered in the following chapter. Process planning is concerned with the engineering and technological issues of how to make the products and its parts. What types of equipment and tooling are required to fabricate the parts and assemble the product ? Process planning is concerned with the logistics of making the product .After process planning is concerned with ordering the materials and obtaining the resources required to make the product in sufficient quantities to satisfy demand for it.
Process planning involves determining the most appropriate manufacturing and assembly processes and the sequence in which they should be accomplished to produce a given part or product according to specifications set forth in the product design documentation.The scope and variety of processes that can be planned are generally limited by the available processing equipment and technological capabilities of the company of plant .Parts that cannot be made internally must be purchased from outside vendors. It should be mentioned that the choice of processes is also limited by the details of the product design.This is a point we will return to later.
Process planning is usually accomplished by manufacturing engineers .(Other titles include in industrial engineer.) The process planner must be familiar with the particular manufacturing processes available in the factory and be able to interpret engineering drawings .Based on the planner’s knowledge,skill,and experience ,the processing steps are developed in the most logical sequence to make each part .Following is a list of the many decisions and details usually include within the scope of process planning :
Interpretation of design drawings The part of product design must be analyzed (materials,dimensions,tolerances ,surface finished,etc.) at the start of the process planning procedure.

Equipment selection In general , process planners must develop plans that utilize existing equipment in the plant .Otherwise ,the component must be purchased ,or an investment must be made in new equipment .
Tools,dies,molds,fixtures,and gages The process must decide what tooling is required for each processing step.The actual design and fabrication of these tools is usually delegated to a tool design department and tool room ,or an outside vendor specializing in that type of tool is contacted.
